Hi, I have a problem with a Wurlitzer 2400S: once the selection is made, the basket spins but after it stops it doesn't load the disc and a noise is heard. If I press reset it loads the disc manually. Can you help me figure out where the problem might be? I can also send you a video of the defect if you want - Thank you and I await your kind reply.
Hello Sir----sure hope you might know the answer. My Wurlitzer 1080 platter spins, goes up to touch the platter, then drops right back down without playing.
@@strictly45s6 Actually I found the issue. When the turntable rises, a cog trips a set of contacts. I cleaned those contacts and now the turntable rises and plays as it should.

Can anyone help me with a juke box repair? We have a We have a Rock Ola and one of the large fluorescent vertical bulbs that runs up one side won't stop flickering. We replaced bulb and starter, but that did not solve issue.
Mr. chair I know this is kind of random, but cam you explain this whole Vinyl crave? I hear people argue about Digital vs. Vinyl sometimes but I don't get it.
The vinyl crave is kind of a hipster thing in that people love the feel of something vintage. You know of a by gone era and millennials are fascinated by that. There is a video online that explains it well but I can't remember it, just search with the terms "vinyl" and "millennial" on youtube. They don't know of the digital vs. vinyl argument so I can't explain it to you. Hope this helps.
