This is so beautiful and intriguing. SS is the only main console game I haven’t played, but I’m excited to hear this wonderful music in the score. Your Zelda covers are so beautiful and expressive. I’ve listened to them so many times during the pandemic. They really helped me.

Would love to hear something from some of the earlier Donkey Kong Country games on the SNES or DK64. They've always had some beautiful music.

yay, thank you!!! Yes, spotify and most streaming services. It it a lot easier for me to post on there because I just have to record the music, not film and edit a video, so content tends to come faster.

Edit: I just checked on safari. Question, do you fear any copyrights from streaming anything that isn’t original? People keep telling me to put my music samples and piano arrangements on there but I don’t want to get in trouble. Although, I see everyone else do it. Paranoia I guess.
@@nolongerinuse488 Hey there! I don't put any original music up, just covers and medleys / blended songs with my own interpretations. There is no legal issue unless you monetize your music. If/when you do monetize it, UA-cam and music streaming services actually have agreements with the original owner of the music, and they will give that owner a % of the revenue you drive.
I say go for it and share when you do so we can listen :)
@@ReadyClaireOne oh wow! Thank you for getting back to me. I actually don’t use Spotify but I’m trying to understand it since my audience has been requesting me to put everything there. (I feel old lol) do you just make a Spotify account and upload it directly? Or are you having to use a distributor? I’m running into the problem of distributors wanting to charge for the songs, but I want to make it free so I don’t run into those legal issues.
Edit: isn’t the streaming from Spotify a form of monetization because you make money through listens? I’m sorry for being super paranoid.
@@nolongerinuse488 You do have to use a distributor to put your music on any platform including Spotify, Pandora, Apple Music, Amazon music, etc. They charge you for this service. You cannot upload to Spotify directly. Both your distributor AND Spotify will review your music for legalities before posting.
To clarify, you cannot use a direct sample of the original song. That would be illegal without licensing, and Spotify would not approve your music. However, playing and monetizing cover songs is a perfectly legal activity, as you will see from the millions of cover songs that are on Spotify. As I mentioned earlier, the original owner of the song will receive royalties from what you post. So you are co-monetizing with the original song owner. By posting a cover song, you make significantly less money per stream, because most of the money goes to Spotify and the original owner of the song.
