I've played Mistweaver at 2100 rating during all Dragonflight seasons and yes, the talent that reduces Chi Torpedo's cooldown when you use Tiger's Lust is going to be really useful in PvP. I think it's nice to have options that can be useful in various forms of content.
Note that the extra stack of TFT will allow us a lot more flexability of recharging TFT to always keep it off CD. So if TFT is off CD for 5 seconds, that is just 5 seconds lost, but with an extra charge, it will just keep charging.
An extra charge of TFT means that you will have an extra charge of TFT. So like, two of them. Medium short cooldowns with charges are always superior cause it means you rarely have them sitting and losing time on them. Its also the trigger for the hero talent mechanic. lol
hi LBNinja would be cool if aspect of Harmony would work like Holy priest mastery. a new HoT on the target that gets bigger with more heals because it would last longer then maybe you can try the new hero talents in an alpha gameplayvideo?
Hate to say it m8, but I heard that Cocoon/Stagger talent is just a swapped typo. Mistweaver>Cocoon Brew>Stagger Which I arguably like better for obvious reasons. Basically get 1.5 charges of Life Cocoon both (with other talents) on less than a 2 min cooldown.

What’s your thoughts on clouded focus going away in TWW? Think fistweaving will finally be the move in raid?
