    Great setup! I appreciate that you can have a week overview/reflection, and a daily view that allows you to have different exercises every day without it being a pain.

      @@erichunsicker is there a way i can change it from being a specific day? and instead have a section that compares last weeks "push sessions to this push session?" I'm basically trying to get a page that has this set up for example that's easy to look at while in the gym, and having a complete spreadsheet with my complete progression to look at on a different page
      Last Weeks Push Day 1 This weeks Push Day 1
      BB - Bench Press BB - Bench Press
      set 1: 80kg - 12 Set 1 : 80kg -
      set 2: 80kg - 10 Set 2: 80kg -
      set 3: 80kg - 8 Set 3: 80kg -
      DB - chest Flys DB - Chest Flys
      set 1: 18kg - 8 set 1: 18kg -
      set 2: 18kg -6 set 2: 18kg -
      set 3: 16kg - 9 set 3: 16kg -
      Just so i can compare to what i got last week in one easy to look at section and know what i need to beat and then have the full data on all the sessions in a different section the reason i don't want it on set days is because i usually do 3days rest 3days rest 3days rest so the days constantly change.

      @@TheGodLycan I’m currently working on an update that fixes this problem! It’s something I’ve wanted from the start but wasn’t sure how to make it happen until recently. Stay tuned for an upgrade!

    That is amazing! All the fitness templated in notion were just workout trackers, but this is truly great! Thanx!

    Hey man i asked about if there was a way to make this template day 1 day 2 day 3 etc... instead of moday tuesday Wednesday because i alternate days doing ppl rest ppl rest. you said that you know how to but you where going to make a video about it and respond to my comment when it was up? my comment has since been deleted?

    Nice Template. How do you manage multiple clients and assign clients to the workout plans? Is there a separate database to add in clients and their workouts sessions/plans one at a time?

      So what I do I have a client data base and each client gets there own project reset template inside of it so that there data is independent
