I learned a lot from your breakdown of the situation. People need this type of education when it comes to dealing with “so-called” law enforcement. I agree with you; I too have been saying the same thing for years. Also, when the money comes out of the pensions the police union will have a different view about supporting incompetent and ignorant officers (immunity). They should lose their homes and financial stability just like anyone else who may be sued for negligence, such as nurses, doctors, teachers, etc. They are the only ones on the planet who are allowed to use deadly weapons/force (besides armed guards) during the course of their work. However, one excuse they use is "fear for their lives"; but it's ridiculous to them for innocent citizens to say to them that they "fear for their lives". He knew exactly what the lady meant by "the season we're living in". Officers should be held accountable and lose their personal assets.

Seeing dead leaves on a plant doesn’t mean the whole plant is dead, just gotta do the work to trim the ones that are. And you’ll keep seeing dead leaves, the work is never done, you just have to do the best you can to maintain it if you want to see it look the best it can. These officers are dead leaves, but I’ve personally met good officers who go out of their way to help those in need, no matter their race. However what we have is a culture of protection through avoidance. I was once asked if i was the one running. I honestly thought the cop was gonna ask me something else, and it kinda left me speechless. I said no. And he just gave me a weird look, i wasnt even out of Breath, i was outside my house, so why would someone who ran stay out in public like that.after a bit he started talking with another cop about how i could go to prison. Only to then realize they hadn't ask for my name or age, i was under age at the time. Neither saw the one who ran but said he had blue jeans, my jeans where a faded gray, almost white, and i told them that, which again was odd. The cop who saw the one who ran from them didn't even take a second look at me, the second he stepped out of his car he knew it wasnt me. By that time there was 4 or 5 cops. I guess they really wanted to catch the guy haha

I could have hopped on the bike and easily got away from him but I dismounted and waited until he approached me to ask the question. I was gobsmacked at how he ended up in that uniform. I sarcastically told him that was some "stellar detective work." He just waved me off.

There’s another reason for this, and it’s also a problem: the reasons for so many wrongful , false arrest is an incentives offered by the federal/ government to the police department, while this is something the police department and chief would deny this, but do exist in this case, there’s a grants to be given to department for police officers to have. But here’s the catch, there has to be sufficient arrests/ tickets writing on record in order for the department to receive a share of grants Mostly it was focusing on false arrest of DUI which there’s none,( this was easiest one for police to do, ) then making bigger wrongful arrests for number or their perceived reason to arrest someone at this point. The more they arrest on the record, the more money the department can get from federal/ government. The problem is, there’s going to be lots of lawsuits that taxpayers pays , also when police officers knowingly make wrongful arrest of citizens, they messed up the citizens who didn’t commit crimes because once they get arrest, and processed, even if the charge gets dropped or case dismissed, it’s on citizen’s record for life unless it gets expunged or sealed.and it would cost citizen a lot money to file, and have it expunged( application fees, court fees and lawyer fees to get help with that) Not all cops are bad, but, that kind of infinitives would create an out of control cops in a bad way.

The lady was being so articulate and careful, trying to express to the officers how it feels to her and her husband. Why he was so triggered by "the season we are living in" makes no sense. The cop was unnecessarily aggressive and willfully ignorant re what she was saying, demonstrating perfectly the season we are living in. They seem like lovely people, it's so upsetting to see them disrespected so outrageously.

No it’s disrespectful that everytime a cop has an interaction with a black person they make it seem
Like they are going to die because of the media propaganda.
More white people die from being murdered by the cops yet we hear about one or two murders a year out 400million people and they make it seem like the cops are hunting them.
      Fk outa here,
The gentlemen handled it professionally but there is no need to make it seem like every cop is a racist killer

Wow, you did such a great job so that I fully understood what I was seeing. Still in our modern times it still feels like the 1930’s, the dirty thirty’s as it was described. When I was a teen and studied in my school libraries, I was so disappointed disgusted at the photos of hangings and the towns folks coming out to view such an event that night. I always wondered if murder has no statute of limitations, why couldn’t the “LAW” use said photo’s to identify and arrest those responsible for all of those hangings/murders? Worst case would be the future family public report on the front page newspaper that that great family and it’s history isn’t so impressive. What do you think? Plus it would end my life long study and my question on this matter. Thank you so much, and continue your hard work, love it, love knowing and knowledge. Sincerely, NELSON.

These officers are completely in the wrong and are incompetent. Its like they got upset about how these people asked for their names.
