Something sounds off, new mic for the narrator? Idk, can't quite place it but he sounds off

But they were filming police from private property... Not public... What does the law say on that?
Hi, my name is Jason Tartt, the man being arrested in this video. Just wanted to thank the channel for the support and shedding more light on the situation. I learned a lot from your breakdown of the situation. People need this type of education when it comes to dealing with “so-called” law enforcement. Many thanks to all the great comments and support from your viewers as well. Peace

As I've been saying for years, when citizens successfully sue, the money should come out of these police officers' pensions. Their unions should pay. This way, you also get the other officers to hold them accountable.
When officers abuse their power there should be no immunity and they should lose it for the rest of their career. Officers will only get sued once and either change their attitude or quit. ?
they should sue the cops indevidually AND the police dept...if these cops DONT know the law its on the department..
I agree with you; I too have been saying the same thing for years. Also, when the money comes out of the pensions the police union will have a different view about supporting incompetent and ignorant officers (immunity). They should lose their homes and financial stability just like anyone else who may be sued for negligence, such as nurses, doctors, teachers, etc. They are the only ones on the planet who are allowed to use deadly weapons/force (besides armed guards) during the course of their work. However, one excuse they use is "fear for their lives"; but it's ridiculous to them for innocent citizens to say to them that they "fear for their lives". Whats worse is that the prosecutor didnt drop the case well before the court date. It is somewhat understandable that a police officer might get confused or misapply a law, and if there was a culture of superiors and prosecutors double checking their officers homework then these kinds of mistakes could be generally fogiven and corrected. I was once asked if i was the one running. I honestly thought the cop was gonna ask me something else, and it kinda left me speechless. I said no. And he just gave me a weird look, i wasnt even out of Breath, i was outside my house, so why would someone who ran stay out in public like that.after a bit he started talking with another cop about how i could go to prison. Only to then realize they hadn't ask for my name or age, i was under age at the time. Neither saw the one who ran but said he had blue jeans, my jeans where a faded gray, almost white, and i told them that, which again was odd. The cop who saw the one who ran from them didn't even take a second look at me, the second he stepped out of his car he knew it wasnt me. By that time there was 4 or 5 cops. I guess they really wanted to catch the guy haha
@@justchillin7274 Don't talk to strangers.
I once had a cop come over and ask me if the bike I was on was mine. As if a bike theif is just gonna admit to robbery, to an officer in uniform! I could have hopped on the bike and easily got away from him but I dismounted and waited until he approached me to ask the question. I was gobsmacked at how he ended up in that uniform. I sarcastically told him that was some "stellar detective work." He just waved me off.
literally, i parked in a desolate parking area where cops usually park and then they started saying people do drugs in the area and all that, asking me accusatory questions and asked to search my car, i let them cause i have nothing to hide and when the main questioning cop knew they weren’t gonna find shi he was like “be honest what were you doing here?” literally just chilling and i started laughing at him and his searching officer cause they’re total bums
I just cannot see how anybody in there right mind would ever think it was necessary to arrest him. Absolute madness.
It’s true name is RACISM!!!
cops in the us seem to crave arrests so much they use any minor obscure reasoning to handcuff you.

I wish they had stayed on their porch and not went in the house. That is their house, their property. They should of told them to get off their private property. This is crazy. I hope they got what got coming
that cop knew exactly what season we're living in cuz he went right on and proved it..
That's definitely what triggered him into being so hostile. This pattern plays out again and again - civilians who have obviously committed no crime but are nonetheless in the crosshair of belligerent cops, the moment the police feel like someone isn't kissing their ass they begin abusing their power and behave in a juvenile, retaliatory manner.
The 'cop' was attempting to set her up with a 'threatening an officer' charge.
I think the cop sensed she had a real attitude problem🤔🤔
@@trapmafia4716 bootlickersayswhat
The cop was ugly for no reason. Total turd. Deputy Martin. Fire him.
She isn't afraid because he asked her a simple question. She is afraid because they are accusing them of a CRIME. A CRIME. Not a question. An accusation.
How does laww work in America??
Do people just allow this to go on?? Is this acceptable to authorities? I'm really struggling to understand how someone can just be arrested like this.
It only works when it’s most convenient to those already in power
I'm from South Africa and I'm also totally baffled by these cops ridiculous actions! In any case various medications are made from so called weed or cannabis!
I can't believe this officer ordered the family to go inside when they never let anybody go inside the house without being able to see them because they may be going to retrieve a weapon what is wrong with this pig
One of the most disturbing aspects of this encounter was the way that the officer mocked the woman for saying that she feared interactions with unknown people and simply asked for the officers name for her peace of mind. This police department's motto must be "To gaslight and intimidate" instead of server and protect.
Agreed
Based on this interaction alone, at least the one arresting officer (and I would argue both) should be fired and prosecuted not only for Criminal Behavior but also for ignorance of the law, and the completely unlawful threats [under duress] against innocent people who pay their salary.
Bluntly schooled idiots, that have no compasssion because it is breed/indoctrinated into these types, group think activist blindly believing in a cause they do not have knowledge of is nearly as bad.
kind regards alls
Oh that pissed me off. Making fun of her for being scared. Look what they did, why wouldn't people be scared? Not to mention they shoot people at the drop of the hat, and he has the audacity to mock her. They need to be fired. They have no clue about the laws they are supposed to enforce, and they are rude AF and intimidating
*protect and serve
It’s scary how reasonable and soft spoken everyone was being. Nobody was accusing the cops of anything even when they started gaslighting the lady for being scared.
This is terrifying.
Courts give cops too much power. Prosecutors mostly are responsible for not prosecuting them. They need to send a message to all cops, you will be arrested and prosecuted! This should be national!

Forcing the man into the house to keep from being recorded or having "witnesses" should be grounds for immediate termination. It shows the intent to HIDE his conduct and that is proof of guilt. Officers often use the "if you haven't done anything wrong then why are you being elusive?"
I also wonder if that can be false imprisonment and kidnapping. He forces the man into the house, but it's unclear when he can leave it. Even if it was clear, he was pushed into a location where he didn't want to go.

what law did these officers break? as others have stated, officers are charged with criminal counts. countless examples in recent news that show you that
Here’s where we have a problem with accountability:
1. Officer does something immoral and/or illegal
2. Citizenry sues
3. Court decides citizenry is right
4. City pays the citizen money that came from other citizens
5. Perpetrating officer is unaffected
6. Repeat
GET RID OF QUALIFIED IMMUNITY
MAKE ALL AWARDS TO THOSE WRONGED COME FROM INDIVIDUAL OFFICER'S PROPERTY AND MONEY...TAKE HOUSES CARS PENSIONS BANK ACCOUNTS ETC AND REVOKE THEIR ABILITY TO WORK IN LAW ENFORCEMENT IN PERPETUITY
No they get a paid vacation for a few weeks while the police investigate themselves which sounds good on paper but you have to realize the cop can't violate other people's civil rights during that time which to an officer is hell!
You forgot to rinse.
There’s another reason for this, and it’s also a problem: the reasons for so many wrongful , false arrest is an incentives offered by the federal/ government to the police department, while this is something the police department and chief would deny this, but do exist in this case, there’s a grants to be given to department for police officers to have. But here’s the catch, there has to be sufficient arrests/ tickets writing on record in order for the department to receive a share of grants Mostly it was focusing on false arrest of DUI which there’s none,( this was easiest one for police to do, ) then making bigger wrongful arrests for number or their perceived reason to arrest someone at this point. The more they arrest on the record, the more money the department can get from federal/ government. The problem is, there’s going to be lots of lawsuits that taxpayers pays , also when police officers knowingly make wrongful arrest of citizens, they messed up the citizens who didn’t commit crimes because once they get arrest, and processed, even if the charge gets dropped or case dismissed, it’s on citizen’s record for life unless it gets expunged or sealed.and it would cost citizen a lot money to file, and have it expunged( application fees, court fees and lawyer fees to get help with that) Not all cops are bad, but, that kind of infinitives would create an out of control cops in a bad way.
A shame. Need more training for police officers. They are a liability for the municipality that they work in costing tax payers monies.
Cops give a sick stomach.I could throw up.
