Beautiful hair & I do remember this colour from before 😊 Doing yoga for excercise & not for the spiritual benefits is like attending a church service without believing in God... I think it would be soon become very boring for the person. The exercises are connected to the spiritual experience & it's all one 🧘♀️✨
Thanks Juliana 🤩 that's an interesting take and I agree to a certain extent. After some time of practising I think everyone begins to feel that there is much more happening in a yoga class than just stretching muscles 🙏🏼
