I feel like the only major disagreement here is the ads being 20% of cash (AKA 5x ROAS). We spend around what you do on ads per day and pushing heavy. Theres always law of diminishing returns with ads and a 3.5-4x at scale is great. Then again, that’s when a high retention rate should kick in to defeat those diminishing returns on adspend. But just my thoughts. We also have a much different funnel than you. Other than that, great video!

Truthfully due to the nature of my business my labor costs are almost always above KPI, so I somewhat manage it by keeping as spend at 20%.
That being said, if we’re heavy scaling I’ll be okay with 3X.
@@RaviAbuvala This is true. We're beginning to test 15 unique creatives/week with facebook and pushing the hires. Seems like you're in a more sustaining phase of the business. I think what you sell is hard because there's SO MANY people that sell it and the TAM is small. Only person i've seen push crazy is Cole and it's bc he happens to have a mastermind that 60k+/year which is what enables him to spend heavy on ads.
