I first saw this band in, I believe, 1981. For ten years, Vince’s voice was perfect.

It’s very hard to imagine how good the Crue was in the 1980’s. Truly, you had to be there. First time I saw them was in a barn (Swing Auditorium, San Bernardo, California) that held 800 people in, I believe, 1981. The only seats were hay bales. The Crue comes on and I can’t see any of their faces. All hair. Each one of the four played/sang a different song. It was the 3rd or 4th song when they came out of their heroin highs. It was then that I knew that this band would be huge.
Saw whitesnake open for motley crue..should of been the other way around...whitesnake and other opening bands whiped the floor with motley crue....they stunk...

Please get your hearing checked. Vince sounded horrible as usual in this. Mumbled more than half the lyrics as well. Musically sounded good, but certainly NOT lyrically.

I have seen the Stones many times. Crüe is better live later in their career. Mick Jagger never had that range.
I love him but i wish he would sing it like the original and not every verse a stretched high note

My father took me to see them on their “final tour” at the ACC in Toronto when I was 20. He saw them 3 times in the 80’s and said they were the best band he saw live next up to kiss. I first picked up a guitar because of Slash of GnR but I soon after picked up a bass because of Nikki Sixx. Thank you Nikki for writing the songs you have and blessing the world with your talent.

saw em in Worcester Sept 2015 on Farewell Final Tour and they Friggin' ROCKED!! Talk about giving everything they had and LOVING the crowd and letting us KNOW it!!
Me and my wife saw this show in Toronto, it was an amazing show all the bands were in top shape. Only downfall is it was a dry show no booze!

Mötley Crüe has always been my favorite band since the age of 12 I was like Nikki Sixx I was partying with them I went to see them in show 4 or 5 years they had never seen a girl drink as much and taking drugs Nikki Sixx told me you're like me I thought it was cool

I've been in so many bands since 81' how can an awesome band have such a shitty singer, and the bad thing about it is I'm a crue fan. Bottom line is Vince has the look back in the day but not the voice. Sounds like a cat in a room full of rocking chairs. If it weren't Mick and Tommy carrying the band. I guess it's the right time at the right place.
