Alex is on fire.
The acceleration of 3.5 to 5 seconds seems pretty achievable with today’s evs as a standard bearer. Anything under six seconds is quick gas or electric and now it’s seems most electrics manage impressive performance.
The range seems to be in the area of mid 200 s and above seems fine as long as we can charge from 25% to 80% in 20 minutes or less at 150kw fast charge stations.
I’m sure the speeds of charging will improve further.
Heads up Audi Etron GT sister car to the Porsche taycan is running sick lease deals. Wow it’s pretty impressive here and quite the looker..

Not enough range. Car makers need to stop with "compliance vehicles" to satisfy regulations and just compete with ICE vehicle range. Charging stations are going up everywhere now.
Volvo @ only 300 miles range needs to get with the times; 400+ mile range is the norm now. Battery degradation (5-10%} comes fast in a few years.

@@EforElectric I was thinking about something similar to robots, or taxis, or something in between... and yes, probably before, a little thing that everyone will laugh at (on the first day) and then try to copy and paste while bleeding money. Markets change when a new product generates more money than the previous one.
