Great job, u always get busy 👏🏾. I have a quick question, when you do your very first epoxy with the glitter, you let it hang cure for 6hrs, so the question is when you do your first glitter you don't need to have it turning. I'm sorry I don't know if I got the info wrong
Great question! Depends on how think you apply your epoxy. Typically when doing the first coat of glitter you use a very thin layer of epoxy just enough for the glitter to stick to. Once the glitter is applied it doesn’t shift and just needs to cure at that point. Sometimes I do apply a bit more epoxy for chunky glitters so they lay flat. I will turn those on my turner seeing as there is more of a chance that the epoxy would pool up and slide off if I stood it up to cure.
I thought about that too! They are hallow on the inside so you would have to make sure they are flat on the lid or fill them with epoxy so once they are washed water doesn’t get up in there.
This is beautiful. I tried your code for 10% off but it doesn't work hmm. I'm trying to buy the cups so I can follow your tutorial. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
Great cup Sandy! Thank you.... I just went to your link on the stainless steel depot and all they had were acrylic tumblers in the mason jar. I even did a search for them and it gave me a message saying they were not found. I went to another company I buy from and their mason jars were only 12 ounces and 5.4" high. That's pretty small. Could you tell me how many ounces yours is? I just wanted to let everyone know that Hobby Lobby has the ice. They come in a good sized bag for $5.99 and this week their either 40 or 50% off. I just bought a bag and there are SO many in there. No sliced lemons tho :-( Have a great day everyone!!!
I’ll have to fix that link. I actually use a 17oz Porch Sipper from Mother Tumbler. Sorry about that. Here is the link: mothertumbler.com/products/porch-sipper
Question... you added your waterslide lemons to the cup right after sanding it ...I always thought that after you sand you couldn't add clear waterslides because the dullness will show underneath it and it will not show the sparkle of the glitter... Am I wrong?
I didn’t notice a difference with mine. But you can always add a coat of epoxy after sanding then apply your water slides if you feel more comfortable that way.
Try making a car coaster and then drill a hole in it where straw hole is, epoxy or hot glue the ice to the car coaster then take magnets and attach to lid that way iys removable so it can be cleaned
I've been seeing alot of these but hadn't watched any of the tutorials yet. I was so glad to see you made one too. I immediately watched it cuz I love how your videos are so thorough, yet concise. Tysmfs again! P.S. Hope you had a Happy Mother's Day❤
I want to start cups so bad and i have everything i need but im hearing such negativity about the epoxy. I have the same kind your using. Do you have issues with odor??
I personally don’t have issues. But everyone is different. I suggest checking out Alumilites UA-cam channel. They have great information on their products. Giving it a test run is also good. Then you can see if it is right for you.
This lemon tumbler is soooo cool.. great for summer...

Thank you 🥰❤️❤️❤️
I love it ❤. Such a pretty tumbler. Great tutorial.
Thank you Lora ❤️❤️❤️
can the lemons be sliced? maybe with a hot craft knife?
I thought about that too! They are hallow on the inside so you would have to make sure they are flat on the lid or fill them with epoxy so once they are washed water doesn’t get up in there.
I make lid blanks to glue or epoxy to so it’s removable and easy to was the original lid! Let me know if you want to order some.
I LOVE it! This is sooooo adorable 😍
Thank you 🥰❤️
This came out great, love the idea of using epoxy to secure the ice, this technique will make it permanent. Thank you Sandy!
Where do you buy the masion steel jars from
I get the from The Stainless Depot 💖
This is beautiful. I tried your code for 10% off but it doesn't work hmm. I'm trying to buy the cups so I can follow your tutorial. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
I don’t have a code for the cups. It’s just for the Epoxy. Sorry for the confusion.

@@SandysOrganizedChaos Thank you SO much. I also sent you a message on your FB store page. :-)
Why are different levels of growth used? Why not just one? Thanks
I’ve seen so many of these and have been patiently waiting to see if you did one and you freaking delivered!! LOVE!
Thank you very much Brienna 🤗❤️❤️

I just spray clear gloss paint.. same effect as epoxy to have your water slide look clear
Love ❤️ it super nice and fun I can’t wait to get my supplies to make one ✨🍋
Thank you Lymari ❤️❤️❤️
Yay. I was waiting for this video. Your cup came out awesome. I started one also. Love it. 😍

Good job! I was wondering how that lemon slice was going to stand up! 😊

The water slides look like mint and lemon floating in the drink.
nice video-- NEW subbie here.....
Ugh 🤦🏽♀️ I need this tumbler 🍋 I ordered limes,,, why???? I needs lemons 😬 I love this and I just started this video 💕 🙌🏼
I’m sorry but that lid doesn’t look right with ice coming out the top. BUT it’s a very nice cup and tutorial 👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you for your honesty! I know I’m not one for lots of dangly things on tumblers either that’s why I tried to keep it low.
I have my lemonade like ALL THE TIME!! Looks AMAZING to me!!!
