    Hi everyone, I totally forgot to include the price of the switches here as I already had them from a previous build. The total cost of everything including the switches is about $110~ USD. The price stated in the video was a very rounded up estimate of the cost I paid (for eg. the Everglide stabs were actually about $7USD). But it really depend on your country and the store you buy from. But if you must know, I got 90switches for about $14~15usd.

    3:12 really appreciate this gesture to show that you are just showing what you're doing as a hobby.
    As the term "tutorial" or "how to" themselves are often being used in many titles despite not having any guide on them.

    Seeing you go above and beyond for this board really made me happy. You actually put in effort to get the views instead of other small creators who just plop on new keycaps and do b-rolls and call it a video. You actually care. Props to you! You just received another sub!

    "The switches felt pretty cheap and not very nice"
    I feel your pain. I have the RK71 with the same switches. They are scratchy and a bit chattery. Lubing helped, but not that much. The cheap thin ABS keycaps did not help matters either.

    How does the battery indicators work like when the keyboard is low or fully charged? Also what foam did you use for the case?

    • @kosongkeys3939
      @kosongkeys3939  3 роки тому

      Sadly there is no battery indicator on the board, only a blinking light on the space bar when the battery is low. However I’ve used this board for a week without charging so I don’t think you will need to charge it often, maybe once a week? The foam I used in the board was some anti-slip mat/pad I found in a diy store LOL. Saw another youtuber use it and it works pretty well :)
