What you said about just signing into UA-cam and just say you're over 18 and done, that's technically not true. I wanted to watch an age-restricted video (it was a gaming video that was age-restricted, not pron lol) and I had to provide my bank account details to properly confirm my age by them taking £0.01 from my account. With other platforms, it could be as easy as just signing in and saying you're over 18 but UA-cam is different and nicely more secure (in a way)
