- Today, I'm taking you through my super realistic wellness morning routine! No fluff, no trying to be super aesthetic. This routine helps me feel my best and sets my long af day as a content creator and full-time public relations gal for success.
Tips to create your dream morning routine:
- don't make your routine identical to someone else (literally do what makes you feel calm and happy)
- incorporate phone free time
- get some fresh air
- don't feel like you have to pack in every wellness activity ever
PS this routine works for ME. Please use this vid as inspo for your routine - maybe you'll start going on walks outside, journaling, etc. My goal is to show you that wellness can be totally attainable even with those crazy packed days.
