I’m 15 and I’m a massive Peter Allen fan. He’s one of the most legendary musicians ever in my opinion and he was taken from us way, way too soon. RIP Peter Allen. Until about 5 months ago this was the only Peter Allen song I knew (I think it’s one of the best songs ever written) but I went down a whole rabbit hole and discovered so many other great songs of his. There are so many great Peter Allen songs that I could recommend to you!
You sound VERY mature for 15! Good on you keep checking out all the fantastic music that is out there, especially the older music! Peace and Blessings from Australia.
@@CanadianReacts Where to start... "I go to Rio" is an absolute classic and so is "Tenterfield Saddler". There's SO much more but I'll leave it there for now.
Qantas has been using this song since the 1990s. The most recent version includes Australian entertainers and sport personalities. It is a few years old now but was released when travel started up again after Covid restrictions.
Gday wow is that your studio in the background? The great Tim Minchin just released a very special song and music video he wrote- commissioned by the Sydney Opera House to commemorate its 50th anniversary two days ago! I think it’s something you’d really enjoy.
That's good, there's plenty of other bands too. Air supply, Cold chisel, seekers, the Whitlams (even some singers like Jessica Mauboy, Rick springfield).
This song always makes me cry
I never get tired of listening to this song. It touches the heart!

@@wendyryder2708 Haha Thanks! I'm from Adelaide if you were wondering. 😄
I also found out that I might be related to his first girlfriend, which is absolutely crazy
Aussies are great travellers. Wherever I’ve been throughout the world I’ve met Aussies and it’s wonderful. 🎉
But what a beautiful song.

Studio looks great eh , lol. Streamyard is awesome! I’ll check out the song. Do you have a link?
Would you also consider reacting to tenterfield saddler?
I’m not posting on this channel anymore. I just check for comments.
@@CanadianReacts that's a shame (it's written and performed by the same original singer so I thought you might like it).
I’m considering coming back though actually
