    ok now... this is one of the best channels i have come across. they give you moderate breaks and consistency. i hate those work outs that give you like 20 workouts in 20 minutes, i cant keep up. this channel is easy to keep up with. ive been doing them daily. thank you!

    For the bear crawl... it says same hand and foot moves but the video shows opposite hand and foot?

      I loved this workout as well! Hiit workouts are the best especially with no gyms open. I've been inspired to create my own HIIT workouts!
