I have a Tour Edge 722C driver. Bought it for just $100 when the indoor range and store I belong to had to clear out the demo carts to make way for the 723 models. Came with the Fujikura Ventus red shaft, the OEM version not the Velocore upgrade but still a good shaft, in R flex 54 gram. The C versions were designed for the better player, including senior pros on the Champions Tour. The 722C came with a heavier weight in front, lighter in back, typical for lower spin models. I reversed the weights as at age 83 I need a little more spin, like 2400 instead of 1800-2000. Excellent driver. The E version is designed for slower swing players who really need more spin and some draw bias help. They had both so I was able to compare. So these 725 C and E models look like TE continues to make improvements. But for you as a pro the 725C would be indicated. You can see you can hit the 725E well, but the spin is too high for you because it is designed for the slower swing that needs the extra spin to get carry. But that spin comes with a tradeoff in things like higher peak, steeper landing angle, and thus just okay but not exciting results for you the pro. But you could for sure recommend it for an average recreational golfer you may be fitting. BTW, my other drivers are a Callaway Epic GBB Sub Zero 10.5 with Graphite Design Tour AD-IZ5 regular+ shaft (also have the IZ6 stiff shaft that I played originally, but the lighter R flex is more appropriate for my swing now. Both came with the driver when I bought it, in mint condition never used outside, again when the pro shop had to change demo carts. ) I also have a XXIO Black driver I got from 2nd Swing in as new condition for $252. Only mention these to show the Tour Edge 722C can definitely hold its own with premium clubs.
Mate... Only one shot with the C725? I think you could do at least 5 each AND take it somewhere indoors, to take 10 shots each eliminatie beest and worst to get averages. And, can you switch the weights around from C725 to E725, to see what effect that might have? Say, rather than 17 grams in the back with the E725, put the 5 grams of the 725 in the back. I'll bet that will put your swing speed up by 3MPH, and get you an extra 10 yards, also it'll lover your spin by 500-700 rpm gaining another 5-10 yards, without having too much influence on forgiveness. Good luck, love your content t by the way.
I went to a Tour Edge fitting on a cold, windy day and tried their drivers and, after a basket of straight, long drives, bought one straight-away. The "Big Brands" are not better. They just have a larger advertising budget with a creative team of copywriters.
I have been team Titleist for a long time ... BUT ....At this price, the way this looks, the shaft offering and the performance across all of our you tube friends ( and the lifetime warrantee) I said F- it and ordered the C725 sight unseen .. hoping to get it very soon but i cant see how this does not stack up to my TSR3 ... and i love the adjustability
I’ve seen a couple reviews already. I’m very interested in the E725 driver for next season. Forgiving is what I want. I’m not a big hitter, and I get a similar carry with most drivers. Love the looks of this driver as well. ⛳️
I had a TEE C722, it was a phenomenal club. It was long, forgiving, and felt great. It was one of my favorite drivers, BUT I broke 2 Ventus shafts right at the hosel. Tour Edge did replace them, but it took 3 months each. It pained me to get rid of it, but it just wasn't worth it.
Carrying a C723 and it's a great driver Looking forward to trying the new model, thinking about the the E, but don't want to scarafice too much. Thanks for the videos
I had an old cobra FlyZ so it was always a mid level driver. I really like it though. So when I went to update I bought a cobra RadSpeed when they went on sale for $300. Couldn’t hit it to save my life. It was awful for me. Key words “for me”. Sold it off and got my $300 back. I was really wanting a Ping but could find a good deal on one. Even used were more expensive than I was willing to pay after you factored in it was used. After much research I started to look at Tour Edge. I caught a sale and got the E723. It is amazing. I’m 37 and over the past 6-7 years have gained weight and lost my power. My drives are 260-265. But what this drive has done for me is be SUPER consistent. I can hit it anywhere on the face and it flies straight and consistent distance. It may not be the longest, but I don’t swing the fastest anyway. I will use this until I break it or I die. If you are not a pro, I highly recommend you try a Tour Edge driver. Maybe it’s not the best for you, and that will be ok. But you should absolutely try one.
After removing my Titleist 913 3-wood from my bag 4 or 5 years ago, a fitter put a E723 3-wood in my hands last year....... Great club. Will probably replace my Titleist TS3 driver next year. Will definitely give this a try. Oh, after trying my 3-wood, a friend went out and got one for himself.

Interesting point of view, a more tolerant driver at a reasonable price with a bit more spin and consistent trajectories instead of long, low spin Big Brand drivers that could make you spreading it all over the place 🤔. Gonna make up my mind 😊.

Please, I would appreciate it if you hit more than 3 shots with the E model and 1 shot with the C model for a 16 minute video that is supposed to be a review about performance. Give us the data for at least 5 shots with each model and in this case with the adjustable weights you should be tuning the driver and hitting at least 15 shots with each driver and showing us the differences. @lonkylaine , that may be the single dumbest thing that I have read this year. If you were playing golf in the 1980s you would know that Ping club developments are now used in literally EVERY club from every manufacturer. Perimeter weighting ? PING Cavity Back ? PING Heel-Toe balance putter ? PING Game Improvement clubs ? PING Alignment Aid design ? PING If not for Karsten, golf would be as it was 50 years ago, and 90% of today's players couldn't hit the ball out of their shadow. But you must not know that.

Why did you copy SAS's Golfs EXACT title done a month ago?
Hope you enjoyed my video 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Hey Alex, I think I saw your swing speed at 111, no? Why are you even entertaining a 10.5°? Your speed is plenty for 9° or even 8°.
Attack angle of the ball plays a big role on loft selection also as if someone who hits way up on the ball would need a lower loft and vice versa
@@chadmichael7794 excellent point that I wasn’t thinking of, because I honestly think he has a nice upward strike on his drive, but I’m not looking at his launch monitor numbers so I’m just speculating.
Driver head was not design and produced by the main golf brand company themselves, it was ODM or JDM...It was controlled by very few companies...that's why all the driver head appearance and performance are so similar ....
You talk way to much.
sorry 😂😂
no no no, your preaching poo, Titleist never panic and are the premium product on the market
They sure are but this must have them thinking?
Too much talking nand not enough shots taken to get better averages.
At some point you need to get on with it as your repeat the same old stuff over several minutes, shut up and hit the ball
Need to see more balls hit and less talking
That talking is really annoying....why not hitting balls?
So this review is completely pointless because you have significantly improved the club by changing the shaft. So it doesn't matter how it performs it's still not what we would get off the shelf. Complete waste of time
Thanks for you opinion! Really encouraging 🙌🏼
@@HowGoodGolf it's true tho isn't it. Instead of being stuck up your own arse why don't you be a man and accept you made a mistake and say thank you for someone pointing it out.
Way to verbose…get on with ur presentation already!!!
I'm tired of these expensive drivers. It's hard for a normal person to upgrade with the price of them.
Ping always made awful clubs design wise.
But have produced the most forgiving clubs for consumers for decades, what do you priorities more?
Function over form.
@lonkylaine , that may be the single dumbest thing that I have read this year.
If you were playing golf in the 1980s you would know that Ping club developments are now used in literally EVERY club from every manufacturer.

If not for Karsten, golf would be as it was 50 years ago, and 90% of today's players couldn't hit the ball out of their shadow.
But you must not know that.
