I work in behavioral health and used to work in community health with offenders and people in criminal justice. While I understand that he is technically competent for trial, I think it is an indisputable fact that he is not competent to oversee his own defense. I think he should be required to have a defense attorney at his side and he should be required to receive advice from that defense attorney regarding every motion and making sure that he is not missing things. Let me add, I'm not saying this because I like him. I'm saying this because I do not want there to be any appealable issues when he is convicted. As he will be.
