Summary:
One Gorilla ran across a field. The other Gorilla then also ran across the field. One deer looked slightly worried that some shit was going to go down, but to no surprise that was all that happened here.
But why did they run across the field?

Interesting how they don’t have fear of gorillas. I am sure a human walking around instead of the gorilla and it would be taking off. Gorillas are interesting creatures. They know their strength and typically they do more of bluff charges and even maybe a hand slap. Normally they resolve conflict without it escalating. Compare gorillas to chimps for example. Chimps are more or less violent like humans.

The thing that trips me out about these animals is that they have unique faces. Like you see a deer and all their faces look the same. But these guys, it's like, hey, there's Greg. Theres Steve with his wife Jessica.

We share 98% DNA with them which is pretty neat
All animals have unique faces, but humans evolved to differentiate between human faces primarily. Gorillas are just so similar to us we also notice the differences in their faces.

That's how most gorilla fights usually go, despite what people tend to think gorillas are generally gentle giants.
For the most part gorrilas are like humans, its more about posturing because nobody wants to get hurt. Doesn't mean stuff doesn't get violent, but it's not usually beneficial so unless another male is really challenging the head of the tribe its probs just gonna be hitting the ground, ripping branches, and hitting their chests. It's super intresting.

Both of these males are young. Fully grown, silver backs are quite imposing!

That dear would have ran for its life from a fox to a lion for fear of being eaten but it's standing right next to a gorilla not moving no fear shows the character of a gorilla it is an amazing intelligent gentle animal.
maybe, gorillas aren't carnivores tho. so they dont rely on killing animals. I dont think there is a single animal in the world that kills anything that comes near it for no reason. Even a lion would avoid a gazelle unless it was hunting, and they rely on killing.
