Thanks for watching, yes sadly just a uk company, I do have another review on my channel to a bar I do think is better, it's called the bullbar 2.0. Full review is here.ua-cam.com/video/8WiK-oiDhKg/v-deo.htmlsi=aUaerLnsa92aG7Cb. Let me know if you need more info, plus there are timestamps as its a longer video. Info to the bar is in the videos description if you want to check it out. Plus if you don't go through the link it helps the channel so would appreciate it if you use it
My one take from this video is you didn't actually test out the stability of the rack besides doing a few short pull-ups? Also when you did do pull-ups, the equipment still seemed shaky. Doesn't having the front two bars connect over the top bar shorten the grip width for wide-grip pull-ups? Wouldn't it be better to have the bars connect into the sides of the top pullup bar? Sorry to sound so negative but personally I'm not impressed with the upgraded kit. Better off attaching a pullup bar to your house wall above that white board 💪👍
I cam guarantee I did more than a " few short pull ups " on there. I spent quite a few hours playing around with it and testing the stability. The issue I think you are having is you are comparing it to a pull up bar attached to a wall and you are right they will be far more stable but remember this is a portable pull up, that isn't attached with tools and bolts so there has to be some give, some sacrifice to stability to have that portability and ease of set up. I can't put a bar there due to it not being my house and this bar like for me is for people that can't drill holes into a wall for a pull up bar. As to the width, the bar connect to the vest end so if you have arms that scrape the floor can't imagine anyone consistently doing pull ups with a width like that but for that small minority, just go a little narrower and you are cool. Either way I was very impressed with the bar and once I find someone to take the red by off my hands it will be my main bar
@HomeGymPhysique thanks for watching, when I own my own place I'd like to have a wall attached pull up or or even one built into the ground. To dream 😄
I might get this and a couple of bands to start my pull up journey honestly seems great value and you can do a lot on it.
I'd get this if sold on Amazon in the U.S. Pull -up Mate had the other top. Good review.

I think that those extensions secure screws might interfere when the pull up bar needs to be in a different position for other exercises.
I still have the pullup mate 2 and i dont think i need anything else. I wish the conpany was still going and I could buy height extenders.
Both are great bars

@LeeDowningKeat "...Arms that scrape the floor..." 😆. True, makes sense not to compare to bars that attach to walls etc. Good point. 👍

Better to just get a home squat rack with a pull-up bar and maybe some parallel bar attachments for dips, rows and full ROM pushups.
Does this work with the pull-up mate?
Not sure, tbh I was going to test it when I get around to comparing the 2 of them in a video soon
@ great. Look forward to it.
Can you do ring work on this our do you like need to weigh it down with like weights
@joseppebatman yes you can but like the pull up mate 2 it will tip you pull at an angle so you will need to weigh it down
