I just did this install, one of the reasons this kit is intended for OTK is to put the linkage back to the correct geometry and eliminate bump steer! Pro tip……always torque the nut side of the fastener when possible and also use a breaker/cheater bar to tighten the set nut on the heim joints or they will come loose quick on you.

Im definitely getting this for my WJ, I always thought the whole tie rod set up is a very outdated concept because the rubber boots fail so quickly and you almost have to replace them every year....a buddy of mine suggested to coat the boots with silicone to protect them which does work but it's best to just eliminate that whole nonsense set up

I'm not seeing the need for the reamer. Wouldn't a sharp regular drill bit work as well? Of course, you'd have to work up to 5/8", so I guess it saves a couple steps.

Step up bit could definitely work for sure as long as you use a good cutting oil to keep the bit sharp as possible and as cool as possible!

What number of rims and tires does it have and how many inches tall does it look very good?

18" Rims, 35 inch tires on a 4 inch zone lift! Thanks!

@DilemmaMedia have you had any issues yet with the lower control arm bushings sliding out? My zone lift had bumper steer and the bushings slide out some.
