Installing a Better RTK Base Station

In this installment I build and install a more permanent enclosure for the UBlox Real Time Kinematics base station which provides error corrections for my GPS guided rover projects. I also go deeper into the basic theory of Real Time Kinematics as it relates to GPS guided mobile equipment.
