Very simple. You need only tablet + ardusimple rtk2b basic starter kit. Ardusimple is connected with usb cable to tablet.

Can assembled PCBs be purchased?
I also want to purchase a pre-assembled PCB for testing, in future I would like to purchase more if I can mange to set-up and install it.
