- The reasons for erectile dysfunction are many: aging, poor health, vascular issues, smoking, nerve problems, diseases of the penis, hormonal issues, psychogenic erectile dysfunction. Dr. med. dr. phil. Stefan Buntrock, urologist from Göttingen, explains in this video on UroChannel commonly unknown causes of erectile dysfunction. These are: veno-occlusive ED in young men, the overactive corpus cavernosum, the hypoactive corpus cavernosum, hard-flaccid-syndrome and the glans insufficiency syndrome. Treatment ist individualized in a multidisciplinary setting and difficult in general. Only a small proportion of patients fall into the category of hard to treat ED. But they suffer a lot. Often, the placement of a penile prosthesis is the only solution left.

Finally a doc who recognizes these conditions and not say that it’s in our head or that there is nothing just because he couldn’t feel a plague! Godsend
Yes i‘m suffering venous leaks all of my life. But there is nothing to help against this cause of ED. Always you read or listen from psychological problems or stress and so on. But nobody mentions venous leaks!
Good information! Thank you.
You are welcome!
Excellent vdo tnx very very much Doc stefan
Thank you so much!
We have a hard time defining these problems……certainly!👍
In the beginning, ED seems to be easy. Then it becomes more and more complex.
You're a wealth of information and knowledge Dr Buntrock. So there is a correlation between a prostectomy and a venous leak.
Is a venous leak a common occurrence from having a partial nerve sparring radical prostectomy and how is it treated after 3+ years? Could my Trimix also act as a therapeutic to help reverse the venous leak? Does blood pressure medication play a role in this leakage? Andy ~
Hello Mr. Thompson, trimix might work, although I prefer alprostadil and lately also phentolamine/aviptadil. Have a nice Sunday evening!
I have the soft head and hard shaft issue so the penetration is hard to do and have painful climax when my muscles do relax to be able to penetrate. Also I had a K/P transplant and was out on Cipro for almost 3-6 after the procedure. My sex life is 👎.
We’re doomed
