  • The autonomic nervous system is responsible for penile erections, more precisely, the parasympathetic nerves. Dr. med. dr. phil. Stefan Buntrock, urologist from Göttingen, explains in this video on UroChannel, that it doesn't make any sense to concentrate for erections. The reason is, that the penis doesn't obey orders and any effort to consciously do so, will fail, because it activates the sympathetic nervous system. Any kind of stress will likewise activate the sympathetic system. As a consequence, a stressful daytime job interferes with erectile ability.

    Great
Once it erect, you have to penetrate, you can't do a 15 -20 minutes foreplay with an erection for 15 minutes, unless it is handled mildly to maintain the erection. But often the female partners are not so skilled enough to do this.

Thank you! With adequate arousal it shouldn’t be a problem to maintain an erection for 20 minutes. If it is difficult it may be a sign of beginning erectile problems. So it may be advisable to start some countermeasures. Please have a look at my playlists.

Hey great video:) i have one question. several years ago i felt a huge pain in my right testicle. It got red, i was barely even walking. Few moments later i visited a doctor. But when i was doing one appointment at urologist he was unable to find the testicle right next to my left testicle or he couldn't find it up from the penis. He was basically unable to detect a testicle around my penis. Right now, i can feel something is in my right testicle but it's way smaller than my left one. What do you think that happened? did it die as it couldn't be detected in the groin? I read that the testicle could be pulled upwards itself straight to the groin. I'm worried about it. Thanks!

Thank you! It is hard to say what happened but obviously, there was an issue with your right testicle. That it has become smaller is a hint that something happened. But I can’t tell what exactly.
