If you had made those into power rooms with control stations that would be an extra 50% energy, with so many metal volcanos you'd never run out of material to do it. It can save a lot of fuel. For the soda fountain, you could also pipe the Co2 to a gas bottler right near the fountain.
You could potentially overpressure your oil refineries if your base doesn't use enough power (which, granted, is unlikely to happen). Simple overflow detector on the gas pipe coming out of your refinery room controlling one or two natural gas generators would be a permanent-ish solution. Can even have the generator still part of the main system with a single or-gate (keep the signals separate!!).
The Problem is that the batteries are not synchronized so they have different power states. There are to methods for this: drain all to zero first or let all generators run at full to load all to 100 %
Yeah, that sounds right for sure. I figured over time they would synchronize themselves, but it never happened. So I went the brute force method, haha :D But thank you for the tip, I appreciate it!
When you doing your liquid locks you can put them on the second block in the middle this way you wont have to deconstruck tiles above the edge one if that makes sense. They fit perfectly in the second block.
everytime i try to cool the metal refineries by looping it through the aqua tuner steam room the refinery over heats and breaks. I've tried everything, so frustrating.
Is it possible to automate your batteries that are hooked up to the generators to switch the type of fuel when the other fuel is empty. I'm finding myself constantly switching between hydrogen and natural gas every 4 cycles because I run out of each source. I tried fine tuning the numbers to even out distribution but then I get building stuff and demand spikes.
I can't think of the top of my head how to do that other than what I did. Hook them all up to batteries and try to drain the resources somewhat equally instead of one after the other. Supplement your Hydrogen an NG with solar power, steam turbines, coal, wood or petroleum, even if it is just temporarily to help you get out of this death cycle. Those would be the things I would look at first :)
im curious if he knows how to make a liquid lock then why does h not use that for gas storage then he wouldnt have to worry about the co2 unless there is something im missing im still newish to oni

You are right, I might still do that later. Currently I have enough fuel for basically ever, lol. But converting them later is always an option :)
I can't wait to build a brick! Your volcano tamer videos were awesome!
Thank you! Glad you like them, I appreciate it!
Got my popcorn, got my drink ready to catch up on this series
I hope you enjoy :)

That’s allot of power
Future proofing at it's finest :)

I always forget about that! I know exactly what you mean though, thank you!
@@BierTier I meant bottle emptier, you can put bottle emptier on second block, missed the most crucial information haha

Loved the video!
Awesome, I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

that one blob of CO2 that made it into the steam area is killing me
A little beauty mistake... Thankfully almost without any impact to fit, form or function ;)
Could have piped that NG generator exhaust to the canister filler and not needed the pump or filter
the ammount of power there is bigger than my skills in fps games, and ive been playing for 10 years or so
I'm pretty decent in FPS games myself, but I can't beat that either :D
why use the oil refineries and not make a boiler?
I’ll probably make a boiler later, I just need a bit of Petroleum now for rockets. Fastest and simplest ways for that are the boilers.

I'm not sure what you mean...
I don't think making a soda fontain with lead gonna be healthy for dupes...
And you let some dioxide carbon inside the steam.
Ah, they are fine ;)
Yeah, one tile, was a accident. But it's ok, no big deal :)
