AWESOME! Congrats on the world record on a job well done, no serious injuries either. I was involved in a 60 way at Skydive DeLand and that was scary. So many open canopies in the sky is crazy! I doubt many people realize how amazing this actually is. Again, BRAVO!! nice work! Blue Skies and Bloodshot eyes!!!

@nolanofeast This is a record. The military doesn't do relative work, except in tiny teams of 4 or 5. This is very dangerous, because it's so tight when you break off and pull. Lots of chances for freefall collisions. I saw a guy in freefall go through another's canopy (end cell) on a 36-way jewel, but they both lived.
That is just an amazing display of coordination! Of course the lightest jumpers possible wear lead-wests or something... but still... how do the manage to know where to go? It's not like you aren't moving up there...
AMAZING!!! :D my heart jumps when they shout "5..4...3...2...1... GO" :X and I clap my hands like crazy when they land safely :D, maybe I just forgot that I's not there at that wonderful moment >:D
Exit was at 25,000ft. The highest possible exit without oxygen in freefall, and no, no one was killed. There was only real injury and that was during landing on one of the practices. Apart from that there may have been a few sore ankles etc
It took 4 days of prep dives & 6 days of record attempts to get there. To see how the other jumps went, goto www.theworldteam.com and click on the "daily news". Also see the mass jump record.
I would definitely love to be part in something like that! Skydiving is my fantasy, and I wanna make it come true before I am a granpa. I know I'll regret it if I don't!
That is so cool. They totally should have played Requiem for a Dream for the song though. Turn off the song and play requiem over it on your itunes.. it looks and sounds much cooler. ;P
*Airplane running through them* Pilot - "Mayday Mayday Mayday, we've got human strike, we've lost both engines, Mayday Mayday Mayday" ATC - "A bird strike was normal, but what the fuck is a human stirke?!"
@idlh -nope. AC-130 are gunships. C-130 are cargo planes. Just like KC-130 are aerial refuelling planes, so you cant ask "OMG are those KC-130s/?", cause, no those are not EC/KC/RC/EC...and you cant jump from one of thise. You can jump out of MC but not from AC? Got it?
yes, Very nice!
The Most beautiful video in Utube I've ever seen!
400++ people, beautiful! nice formation!
All 400 of you, plus camera divers, organizers, and pilots, all totally kick ass!!! That brought a tear! Amazing thing to be a part of.
5 years ago today! I still get goosebumps every time I watch this video. What a great experience.
Thanks, BJ and the whole crew.

Simply amazing. That is one thing going into my bucket list. Great job folks. Hope you all partied like hell afterwards.
It must be such a nightmare at break-off: nowhere to go, people everywhere!! So much for the "big sky" theory! =)
Yeah, very complex and beautiful. Mad props to all those involved.
that was definitely the COOLEST SHIT IVE EVER SEEN!!!!
My brother is one of them, I am so proud!
Gorgeous! Congrats on the awesome work guys!
Teamwork at its best! Amazing. 5/5
These guys know how to live.
It's good to be able to feel alive once in a while.
BEAUTIFUL!
So many peeps in the air at once! No collisions!
They used to say more than 100 just coulndt be done.
woow that was awsome 400 people connected in the air!
Resprect to the coordination

Has this record been broken? Love you all from DeLand. Don't be strangers.
That was amazing - would have loved to been part of that. :)
That's freaking awesome! It looks so surreal. I would loved to have witnessed that from the ground.
This is the thing to live for!
Wow, that's the best team work ever.
The group jump at the beginning was sick, but seeing that many people freefalling at once is unreal..
simply incredible
Awesome!!! I met some of these guys in Prachuap Kirin Khan..My highset respect to them, especially to BJ.
i'm guessing you don't have a life and can't afford something like this, it's worth every penny
awesome vid, and an awesome record!!!
WOW...brought tears to my eyes.
that's sweet. actually it's one of the greatest skydiving video here on youtube. good music too. 5/5 ;) i've always wanted to do that
You still alive
Considering how dangerous and deadly this can turn out to be it was pretty awesome
You couldn't beat the smiles off those jumper's faces even with a lack of beer!
this is amazing
I celebrate after a successful 4-way. I would be screaming til my lungs collapsed after that one!
At one time I did too!😅
That is just an amazing display of coordination!
Of course the lightest jumpers possible wear lead-wests or something... but still... how do the manage to know where to go? It's not like you aren't moving up there...
yes i think u need to revise u physics
everything fall at 9.8ms-2
BUT
u have to take into account mass of object and the air resistance
I didn't look for it there. I looked for it here on UA-cam. But that's what I found.
The freefall time varied depending on your position in the formation, but from 25,000ft you'll get around 2 minutes
I like the part when they jump out of the first plane and you think "no big deal". And then there are 5 planes and you think "WTF!"
2020 anyone?!
Hereee
holy shit thats a skydive invasion! so freaking awesome :D love the moment when all left the plane :D
They jumped from 24000 feet. That information and many more can be found on the page mentioned in the sidebar. ;-)
You guys ROCK! 💥👍
Wow ! This is awesome :O
That's just fantastic!!!
AMAZING!!! :D
my heart jumps when they shout "5..4...3...2...1... GO" :X
and I clap my hands like crazy when they land safely :D, maybe I just forgot that I's not there at that wonderful moment >:D

Of course but this is a civilian record not military.
With reason! only the best of the best can participate! I also know some of them ;)
the second one is dj jean-feel it, if you were wondering
Friggin' WOW!!!!
Count me in man!
i think it needs very extreme organization
Exit was at 25,000ft. The highest possible exit without oxygen in freefall, and no, no one was killed. There was only real injury and that was during landing on one of the practices. Apart from that there may have been a few sore ankles etc
Amazingly awesome !!

you obviously have probably never skydived and probably have never done a big way. lighter people fall slower than heavier, denser people.

OMG are those ac 130s?
Incredible! Unbelievable! Awesome!
Awesome show!!! Perfect and very nice record :)
Please, don´t you know the names of songs in this video?
I really wanna try this sport, I just can't afford it. Someday, I'll be able to jump that high! Soon!
awesome guys
Amazing.
It's called "Feel It" by DJ Jean. :-)
That is so cool!
holy crap that looks fun!
very good masa
i hate roller coasters but love sky diving....you dont get any stomach drop, considering your at least going 90mph when you jump
Bonkers, brilliant.
how awesome is that!
Haha my art teacher was in that. She also holds 14 other skydiving world records, interesting stuff.
El ser humano puede es sencillamente marabilloso.

I would definitely love to be part in something like that! Skydiving is my fantasy, and I wanna make it come true before I am a granpa.
I know I'll regret it if I don't!
what a perfect break
Correction: 5 X C-130
The largest close flying formation of them outside military action
me282uk what is the last song??
Wrong! The military has never done any formation this size.
I wonder what altitude they started at? Must have had at least 3-4 minutes to get into that formation. SICK
that is soooo cooool that's a mazing 400 people wow! I'm definitly skidiving in the futre
that is so fucking sick. first song was perfect, nice job.
Oh there was i was part of it and a couple happened. They were off film but they did happen but were fixed so no one got hurt.

That is so cool.
They totally should have played Requiem for a Dream for the song though.
