@@TheRealSpleech When you plateau really look at the quality of food you are eating. First I want to encourage you on the work you have already done. I am 73 years young, lost 40 lbs and have not put it back. Diets start and stop. A lifestyle change is for life. It involves exercise, plant based nutrition, sleep, social community, less stress etc. It is not overnight but for life. Keep up the good work and much success. Thanks to my son for sending me this video.

This one hit home for me. I took a trip to Las Vegas, NV for my 32nd birthday last year. I walked 5 miles from my Hotel room to the Stratosphere Roller Coaster with my cousin, just to get turned me away because my thighs were too big for the the restraint to latch properly. I was embarrassed, disappointed, and saddened all at the same time. I’m 290 6’1 as I type this. This video just motivated me. I’m ready to make a non negotiable commitment to myself to get this weight off. Thank you Brix.

This was awesome. I’m struggling with my self right now. A year ago I lost 52 pounds and I was so happy. But right now right here today, I must admit I gained it all back. I got way too confident with my self. It started with a bad weekend, and then it went to a full week of bad habits. A week turned into a month. So On and so forth…. My mistake was that I lost focus, I didn’t exercise as much anymore and ate more calories than what I was burning. Today I’m depressed again. I look back at pictures and think to myself “man, I was there already why did I let myself go”. Right now I’m currently trying to dig deep inside of me. I have a good week but then I follow it up with a bad one. I’m so disappointed in myself but at the end of the day I KNOW I don’t want to be unhealthy. One thing that I learned a year ago was that consistency really is the key. I am a 23 year old college student. I graduate this fall for my BA. My plan is to work in the education field. One thing my dad told me that I always remember was “son, if your going to be a profesional, you got to look professional” that has always stuck in my head ever since. I got until December to lose the weight and look “professional” while receiving my bachelors degree. At the end of the day being big and unhealthy isn’t a good thing, mentally and physically. All my life I was always and athlete. Played football in High school and was in really good shape. Fast forward 5 years, and now I’ve changed my identy. I can’t belive i was more disciplined as a 17-18 year old than a 23 year old adult. Anyways thanks for the upload brix , your the Only motivational UA-camr I watch. You always keep it so real and make yourself vulnerable. It really makes your Audience feel like they can relate to you and make the changes they need for the betterment of their lives.

10 things to quit for all Strong Men:
    1. Caring about what others think
    2. Not believing in yourself
    3. Not experimenting different ideas / solutions for problems (life&business)
    4. Not prioritizing your health
    5. Wasting your precious time
    6. Wanting something (instead write a plan and work towards it)
    7. Chasing meaningless relationships
    8. Wasting or draining your energy from beating your meat 🥩
    9. Wasting time by scrolling social media
    10. Nailbiting/nailpicking habit for good (if you do it - consider stopping it as it makes you mentally weak + affects your confidence and all other areas of your life!)
Take it easy and I hope you found one thing helpful in this list............

Yeah I dig this one. Sometimes I would feel bad because people lose 100 lbs what seems like overnight. I’m at the same pace he is. I have a bad back, back neck and sciatica and there’s only so much I can do. I’ve been chipping away at weight for years. I’m doing body recomposition so I can’t tell you how much I actually lost (the scale is not your friend when weight lifting) but I’m down a pant size and two shirt sizes. And I almost look like w completely different person. I still have about 50 more lbs to go but I’m gonna keep at it. Just what I need to see !!

Before I lost weight, I was also 300 pounds, only difference is that I am 6'4.. the same exact thing happened to me, I went to cedar point and couldn't fit on a ride, they tried there best to pull the overhead thing down but my gut and my thighs were to big.. I unfortunately had to take the walk of shame.. I had never been that embarrassed before in my life. I ended up leaving the park, drove home which was 3 hours away and I looked at myself in the mirror and I wasn't happy with what I saw. I made up in my mind that I didn't want to live that way anymore. I immediately went on a diet and started to work out. Since I love playing basketball I was able to find a group of guys that played basketball about 5 times a week. I went to the gym and played basketball 5 times a week for 2 hours straight.. I also spent some time lifting weights in the mornings every other day. I also had a job that required me to do a lot of walking. Within 6 months the weight was gone and I could finally breathe again. I went back to cedar point and rode any ride that I wanted to. You have to get to a point where your really fed up, that's when things will change.

6 years only means how much time it took from failing and starting and failing.. dont be discourage everyone.. you can lose up to 100 pounds in 100 days if you approach it correctly.. it all starts with the diet... give up sugar, meats, and junk and that fat will come off fast

Brix I’m 5”5 360 pounds, I’m 23 years old and I’m on my way to becoming a better version of my self physically and mentally but it’s one thing I’m worried about and that’s loose skin because of my height I’m afraid I’m going to have a lot of it can I get any advice to help minimize the loose skin if possible

Cold showers will help as well as slowly losing the weight as it gives your skin enough time to shrink

I appreciate the story and information that people really need. I am concerned however, and I may misunderstand what was said. I am encouraged. by the video to the many viewers, but when I see the advertisement for free ebook, I do expect that it is free. I went to look for the free pdf but it was not free ☹️. This is sad because some people may not have the funds. Let's get healthy and give it away but still continue to have programs to generate money. Continue with the good work but consider freebies to help people start. Those who can pay will. I appreciate you. spreading the word.
