True, however, the issue is that some gym members will wipe with the same exact sweat infested paper towel they carry around to different stations. Other might wipe the equipment down with a towel that they put on the ground (the ground is pretty dirty to begin with it). In other words, I would prefer to wipe the equipment down myself.
@@strawberryyogurt0 fair enough. my gym has a paper towel dispenser with some cleaning solution (idk wtf it is but it’s clearly some chemical stuff) in a spray bottle. most people usually spray the machine then wipe it down or spray the paper towel and then wipe, but even with all that, there are still people that don’t wipe. shits annoying edit: when i say “don’t wipe” i’m still talking about the equipment
@@creedstump0662 … Don’t get me wrong, I totally agree with you. It’s just for me personally, I’ve seen people wiping the equipments down with the same sweat infested paper towel, and I’m like is it disrespectful to them if I decide to go grab a brand new towel, spray it down and recipe their ‘attempt’ at cleaning the machine? On the other hand, it’s definitely best if members would grab a fresh towel.
It might be better to put the gym bag in your locker and don't even take it on the floor. Just take what you need on the floor and keep it out of the way. That's what I do.
Dont stand right next to or right behind a person staring at them so they feel uncormfortable and move for you That creepy weird shit is becoming common in my gym
@@SAUCE206 nah it's got my glucose monitor and some snacks and my emergency shot in case my type one wants me dead. Also my own chalk and belt because I don't like sharing with strangers.
6. wipe the machines when you’re done. i don’t want to touch faux leather that’s covered in sweat

5. DONT stand in front of a person working out
Facts
Thid
Facts, somebody did that to me today. 😂
I agree, I had a karen was complaining when I was lifting weights and bend pressing when I did slam the weights down.
4. wear deodorant
Always share. If you can tell that someone is shy, but wants to share, invite them to work in with you.
4. Stand in front of 335 casually. Do it bro!
7. Don’t hog mirrors.
Don’t curl/ shrug/ lateral raise in everyone’s walk way in front of the mirror
8. FUCKING ASK if someone nearby is using the gym equipment, not just picking it up and leaving😭
4. DONT INTERUOT A PERSON WHILE EXSERCSING
Common sens right 😅 so many dont do this

Last one doesn't seem like a big deal. It's no effort to set the weight on a machine. On a barbell though, yeah I agree
The 3rd one is stupid. There's no effort needed to switch pins
Common courtesy👍
Dont stand right next to or right behind a person staring at them so they feel uncormfortable and move for you

And don’t cut line! Had it happen to me today.
The last one is inconsequential how do I know they weren’t going to progressively over load.
Kinda astounding that some ground rules should be mentioned so that evil may not able to at large
Do people really pay attention or remember what the previous person's weight was set to? Is this a common practice?
Yes
7. This should be common knowledge but sadly isn’t 🙁
Ok?
How about leave your gym bag at home it’s a gym not a classroom..
How about you let people live their lives? Maybe they got shit they gotta keep on them. If you don't that's great homie
