I feel like Carly never was in love with Freddie. When they dated she only liked him because he saved her. Sam fell for him because she liked him the way he was. They have chemistry and development. Sam and Freddie are perfect for eachother in a weird way.

@@Lin-si6kh they weren't friends from the first day and yes I agree she was mean to him but that was only to increase humor in the show. Also they showed Sam had a terrible childhood so it was reasonable that she was not friendly and open. Freddie on the other hand had an over protective mother so even he needed Sam to shape his personality in a better way for the show.

they didn’t get “back together” and besides sam and freddie constantly argued when they were dating
@@User-tb3df that only started after carly interfared between them and asked them to take interest in each other's hobbies and activities. They were doing quite well before that.

yall forgot their moments after the relationship. with sam wanting to spend time with freddie so she got a job at the pear store and immediately quit when freddie got fired. in one of the last episodes freddie asked sam if she wanted to get back together. and in sam and cat freddie said he loves her and at the end they were going to get back together

@@FizzJB in the last episode of icarly they both strongly implied they wanted to get back together and in Sam & cat Sam implies a few times she loves Freddie especially how she asked Freddie to get food, it was very sweet. But I do agree they never officially got back together or at least if they did they split apart again before the reboot.
