GYROTONIC® Spinal Motions Flow

i have been loving feeling the elastic band in support of spinal mobility! have i said that recently? 🙃 i find myself coming to my studio with the intention to play with my friends, and lately, the band and the GYROTONIC/KINESIS® methods are my besties!
i’m so excited that i am inspired enough to share them with YOU. so, grab your stool or chair 🪑 without arms, and your looooong (between 8” and 10”) elastic band, and wrap it around your pelvis, legs and step into the loops. today is a bit of a ‘round-the-world flow, the world 🌍 being the magical land that is your pelvis and spine.
some thoughts to get you moving even more deeply:
🌀 spiraling your spinal-pelvic pathway is a direct pathway into your core and your Core Being.
🧬 as you feel your way through the movements in your body today, imagine your spine as the human DNA, and see how far you can expand both physically and energetically.
🌀 as you move your body in circles and spirals, feel free to close your eyes and allow the movement to become a meditation.
🧘‍♀️ set the intention to allow the movement to become beautiful medicine, sending its healing vibrations anywhere that needs attention, physically, emotionally, or mentally.
