Hey @PaleoCris do you ship to Australia? And would March to April be good times for shipping? It's my birthday in April and my Mum said she would get me a pack!! If it could be shipped to Australia!?
The pink flower is Oxalis debilis, the large-flowered pink-sorrel or pink woodsorrel, is a perennial plant and herb in the family Oxalidaceae. Its original distribution is South America but has become a very cosmopolitan species, occurring in all continents except Antarctica. It can be found in both temperate and tropical areas. The flowers, leaves and roots are edible.
Everyone should go look up gangstalking then look up D o n a l d M a r s h a l l interview. You'll figure out that the 'police' and these pos's in this video were brought into the illuminati to be cradled like a baby and groomed to be used in their agenda.
What a great video! So happy to see Cris and Kyle together, along with Bri, and their friend Jorn! What a group!! Hope you got to take another trip out together. I have a feeling that creek still holds a lot of secrets.
Thank you Jane! I absolutely agree. There must be a lot of more good stuff here. We just ran out of daylight right when it was getting good. Next time! Thanks for watching.
1:33 That pretty plant belong to the Oxalis genus, I don't know the name of the species. It looks like Oxalis acetosella, but that's from Europe and Asia. I don't know if it's also present in America. You guys are awesome. Thank you for your videos!!!!!
Chris, my fave pieces are the little beauty you found at 6:22 and Bri's fossilized bone with the bull shark stuck on it. Bjorn's odd olive was Cool and so was Kyle's hair Lol.
Always enjoy your videos. I know nothing about shark teeth, but love the adventure nonetheless. Always like seeing the fossilized bones of different animals as well. Thanks for sharing!
What a great place for fossil hunting, those shell fossils are incredible, love the enthusiasm you all have you're so entertaing when you're out together.
Here from Dallmyd's channel. Got a tip for you on plant identification? If you use an Android phone and have Google lens installed, open it up, select search with camera, put the plant in the centre of the square. Wait until you have multiple white spots on screen as identifying points (ideally the more the merrier) and hit the shutter button. Google Lens will take a photo, search images on the net and give you your results. You should then be able to identify the plant? It works for all plants and trees, give it a go on plants you definitely know the name of to confirm. It'll even translate foreign menus in restaurants, road signs etc.
The flowers look like some type of Sabatia. Slender marsh-pink(sabatia campanulata) would be my top guess. Thank you for the fun video, sir! I love seeing the excitement you all have for your adventures.
Who does know what Kyle is doing? A mass of glump? Is that even a word? A Great White Shark Tooth, awesome, great find Brie! Once again some amazing finds from long ago. Who would of thought that small creek would produce some very nice fossils. Great video!
You are inspiration Cris! I hope to do stuff like this someday, I love to collect all sorts of things including rocks and crystals. I live in Texas though so I’m not sure if there are any possible fossil/crystal locations here
Love you guys all together with people from around the world Bree you are awsome girl my kind of sister keep this all going i love and live for these videos thank you all
Giant clovers: Oxalis? They look just like what we had growing in the backyard over by this weird place that always had standing water-- this was NW FL, and we had a few artesian springs in the area, so I think it was a teeny little spring. They had flowers exactly like that and huge clover-like 3-leaved heads (sour if you chewed on them), and frogs would lay eggs in the water near them.
Love the videos. I've been hunting fossils in florida for a varry long time , but I haven't found any good spots for megs. I live near bartow and I go and scout new spots ever chance I get. Especially when I watch your videos, they get me pumped up for fossil hunting. Keep up the good hunting.
Fantastic video, I really enjoyed it, you are so lucky having places like that to fossil hunt , incredible finds and so exciting , can’t wait for more of your adventures, peace 😎🌴
It would be really great if you could explain what features you're looking at to determine what each fossil is. Some of the shark teeth look so similar, I'm curious how you tell them apart.
That's it! It was in my head somewhere, but it had been so long since I identified that plant by name that I almost completely forgot it. Thanks for the ID Amy!
The pink flower is oxalis articulata, common name pink wood sorrel. It's edible and has a sour taste. A good addition to salads. But I believe that it might be an invasive in Florida.
Ah, very nice. I am obsessed with all the different varieties and forms of calcite, the different types of fluorescence and phosphorescence it can have, etc. A very interesting mineral.
Dude I’m going to have to come to Florida sometime. If things go well maybe in about a year… it’s so cold here right now. I’m ready! 😂 I’ll bring some cool stuff from Missouri for you 😉
@@PaleoCris AWESOME!!! My wife doesn't want to because she spent summers there when she was little, but I've never been. We have a son who I'm SURE will want to come. LOL I think he and I can talk her into it
I have ferns like that right beside my house on the shady side. They come up every year and I even asked the guys paving the driveway to not pull them out or pave too close to them.
I'm in central FL, are most creeks worth walking like this? I know Gainesville used to be a good spot to do it but they banned it because people were ruining the banks. Peace River seems to be the go to spot but I hate driving tbh
Can you find shark teeth in any creek, or are they just in curtain spots in florida. I live 15 minutes away from tampa and am interested in finding shark teeth.
An unbelievable amount of exploring. I’m on my way out now just to explore a few places I know nothing about. Bri too. But Cris and Kyle is an amazing combination 😂
The clover looking plants @1:30 are a type of wood sorrels, genus Oxalis. Hard to tell exact species without key it out.

I can see you, Bree and the Crystal Collector collaborating on a video pulling up crystals and shark teeth.
Always enjoy your videos. I know nothing about shark teeth, but love the adventure nonetheless. Always like seeing the fossilized bones of different animals as well. Thanks for sharing!
The flower you found at 1:32 is called oxalis articulata or most commonly called oxalis

Love Bri she needs her own show !

Great video again, greetings from the Netherlands :-)
Nice, thank you all, It was nice to see the sun 🌞 I am tired of the rain and cold weather 💧
This was filmed on the last nice warm day we had. It’s in the 50s every day now (but still sunny).

if yall ever do a tour it would be awesome. yall seem like such fun people.
It would be really great if you could explain what features you're looking at to determine what each fossil is. Some of the shark teeth look so similar, I'm curious how you tell them apart.
I believe the little pink flowers are from wood sorrel. Something that grows in many places 👍
Awesome find. Do you know what age these fossils are?
Hey Cris, the pink flowers are Oxalis , aka wood sorrel. I believe the giant ferns are cinnamon fern. I have both all over my back yard!
That's it! It was in my head somewhere, but it had been so long since I identified that plant by name that I almost completely forgot it. Thanks for the ID Amy!
Kyle: I've been to space
Cris: What was it like?
Kyle: It's hard to breathe.
so I think we can confirm he has been to space.
This was great guys, thank you.
Thanks! 😁

So this is how january looks like in Florida? Really? Gosh.....guys, I want to get in there.
Cool fossils and crystals; we find calcite crystals here in NE Texas from the upper Cretaceous period in the Ozan formation.
Ah, very nice. I am obsessed with all the different varieties and forms of calcite, the different types of fluorescence and phosphorescence it can have, etc. A very interesting mineral.
Great video pioneer Pauly!

sweet!!!
I have ferns like that right beside my house on the shady side. They come up every year and I even asked the guys paving the driveway to not pull them out or pave too close to them.
"Horse Conk" (insert Beavis chuckle) huhhuhuhuhhuhhuuuhhhuhuhu
GiMmIE My baBy! I love this channel XD
The worm things in the water were the roots of the philodendrons you pointed out
Do y'all recommend a specific kind of glove for this? Or is it just whatever works best?
Going on a dig in March. What kind of gloves do you guys wear? Thanks always enjoy the vids.

Love the videos bud. What town are u guys in?
Can you find shark teeth in any creek, or are they just in curtain spots in florida. I live 15 minutes away from tampa and am interested in finding shark teeth.
What exactly leads you to look in these places to find these pieces? Is it possible any creek or river has these rarities?
Great Video!!! Awesome finds!!
Thank you Gerald!
This looks so fun! I wanna do this
Your clover-like plant looked kinda like pink wood sorrel. If that's the case it's an edible.
Campion in England I believe… ( pink flower)
Are the creeks by the ocean?
amazing ! how do you go about and fin these locations ? i'm very curious about the process !

We are in Florida in Orlando for vacation. Would love to find a meg!!!! Any spots you can share...if so DM might be better? Thanks
Where is this! Share with the class, Chris.
I think Bree is the ticket.
Hi Bri! 😍
I'd pay to see Swamp Children vs Cowman vs Duckman.
Those giant ferns look prehistoric
Purple flower looks a bit like wild geranium
