I’m not a pet person but this is very horrific. Why didn’t she just drop the dog off at an animal shelter?!

The interesting thing is that they spent a yr and what seems to be an enormous amount of resources to find this dog killer BUT they shoved rape kits in warehouses, no testing no investigation NOTHING…. It’s very bewildering, especially considering that not only if investigated could a rape be prevented but probably also a murder…. But whatever
