you want to drink distilled water, but it cant be too old (theres an expiration date on jug). distilled water absorbs plastic faster than regular bottled water so get it fresh. maybe not a good idea to drink it in hot weather

You went 3 months with lining it up? My barber made one higher than one and it's Taking a while to grow back I'm not going back until it's back at the same height
@@thegrimreaper270 he did that for a reason so it will come back full in that area but yea let it grow out , 3 months no shave , it works to get your full potential and take your biotin with keratin and collagen pills and drink a lot of water I also use beard detangler and oil to seal it , wash 2-3 times a week , and get a beard cover for when you sleep , oh yea exfoliate your face 2 times a week and deem roll as well , beard shampoo and conditioner you should be fine , it is a lot but if you want a lot of beard hair it is worth it !
I think the biotin is working. When I was 15 a couple months ago I grew my first beard out and I didn’t use it then so it didn’t connect very well. I just turned 16 and I decided to restart and try it again and it’s working really well although it’s small growth I see it growing down more.

I use the 1000MG and that’s putting in work ... didn’t realize about the 10MG until afterwards ... it’s definitely working though i drink Atleast half a gallon to a gallon of water a day ! And brush and comb the beard .. also use a good oil

I tried minoxidil about 2 years ago for like 4 maybe 6 months and then I gave up. It helped a little but I just ended up giving up. I can grow my facial hair but they’re very little. It won’t all grow the same. But I seen your other video and ima try this biotin routine starting in the 1st of April. Hopefully it really helps me out. Thanks for the vid. I’ll be back to let ya’ll know how it went.
So how it go
So far okay. I’m still on minoxidil. But I went from using it twice a day to just applying once at night. It was drying my skin pretty bad. And there’s days I honestly forget about taking my biotin but it has helped. I seen that my facial hair is slowly coming and it’s connecting the hairs by my mouth area. Patchy parts are starting to come in too. I actually just today got some beard oil. And I will be applying the Minoxidil at night and beard oil in the morning. I still have along time to go. It’s just all about commitment

@@jesusmarin7917 yeah man. I was actually just coming back to this, I have noticed a little more "thickness" and my bald patches are starting to fill in. A pro tip here is don't drink caffeine and if you do wait 2 hours and drink water to flush it out before you take the biotin. Also it seems to work better if you eat, drink some water, take it and go to bed right after taking it.

I took biotin since I did a lot of research and my hairfall was severe that I thought I'll get bald head. Now after 2 months of taking it I got enormous hair growth and there's no side effects on me.
Same here. My hair started falling off nothing crazy but when I would shower I would see random hairs from my head in my hand. But now it’s even thicker. I feel like it only gets rid of all the thin hairs you have

Yeah wild growth is good but be careful it’s very strong don’t use to much of it just enough and just continue the journey bro
If you’re not already g taking collagen supplements , try them. For some that works when biotin doesn’t

Sweet. That’s what I’ve been doing too actually. I haven’t had any side effects. I’m currently doing minoxidil at night and beard oil in the morning.

Mustafa He well it depends the way your genetics work. For me, all the boys in my family started growing beards around 18-19. I’m 18 turning 19 and this is the most hair ive ever had on my face, so idk if it was just the bitoin that did that. Im pretty sure my genetics were playing a big role in my beard growth. But after using biotin i started to see lottle hairs coming in around 2-3 weeks on it

TheEli Channel if you are dealing with baldness my only recommendation would be 10% minoxidil. For at least 4-5 months

Look ar your fathers facial hair of if you have an older brother look at his facial. That should give you an idea of your potential. If they have trouble growing. Chances are you will too

Albert Sarpong if you have any biological uncles related to your mom that can grow full beards then you could probably grow one eventually, but if not i would try out minoxidil for at least a year. Thats if you are completely babyfaced

I think you only need about 30mg of biotin per day bro, your body can only break down a certain amount then the rest is released it’s still non-toxic anyway so that dose is safe
