Six Years Later, Brick & Bourbon’s Popularity Expands Beyond Maple Grove

Cocktail aficionados, foodies and fans of a fetching ambiance have flocked to Brick & Bourbon in Maple Grove. “I would say there's something for everybody here,” said customer Monica Wohlers. “Even if you're not a drinker they have great food, great atmosphere, good service.” The restaurant opened six years ago to considerable fanfare. It has since expanded to include locations in Eden Prairie and St. Cloud. A Stillwater location opened in January 2018.
