I really enjoy this type of lesson. Much easier for me to visualize and incorporate into my swing. As an older golfer, I tend to be more rigid which “causes” many of the problems you’ve described. Thank you .😊
This is a timely checklist…for me. LOL. Thanks Mark! My aging joints are feeling much more stiff these days as I’m trying to get my body right again. It’d been a little while since I had hit a golf ball until recently when I found my body making some of these moves trying to get back into it!
So Mark, what to do if you can’t get your arms further than the L-point in the backswing without “forcing” with some sort of pain, restriction, tightning up and losing that “relaxed” backswing? There’s so many people like us that have that issue. Should we just stop in the backswing where it starts to feel “uncomfortable”?
Hi mark hope Your well I listened to a Rick Shiels podcast on the way in and they were talking about liv and world ranking points I can see why they don't get any but surely with the majors and the biggest tournaments ie Ryder cup the golf fans want the worlds best at these events cam smith Taylor Foch Bryson to name a few isn't that what's best for the game of golf that we all love so much and to grow the game keep Up the instruction so helpful and more importantly free for us poor golfers thank you terry
Hey Mark, great video. Have you compared the new Mizuno STG driver with either the Titleist TSi3 or TSR3? I have the 910D2 so i feel like its time for an upgrade. Wanting to get the best driver without killing my wallet. Appreciate your feed back, thanks.
How does this apply as we get older? My dad does exactly what you describe at the beginning, but he has limited mobility. Is there a way to adapt this as you get older? Thanks Mark!
Easy wins here. Just one concern is I don’t think you want the shoulder plain to actually aim at the ball. Feels like that much hinge at the hips is going to lock up the rotation. It may feel like you shoulder is aiming at the ball but if you draw a line it will be aim outside. What do you think? I’m basing this on gears data from other channels.

Lifting the lead heel off the ground should ease up the strain in the back and add the length of the back swing without further stretching the spine.

Do you use a weak, neutral or strong grip on your driver?
Good, better if not long winded😊
Quality not important watch time. Very important got it 😂
When are we going to get to see Lou's monstrosity of a swing on your channel? 😂
Way too wordy
Oh no. Too many words. How many words is perfect. 👌🏻
