Lol, i feel the same, it is normal, because you use the arm for anything ... in the right arm you have more strenght, but in the left one you have more resistance.
Before and After, you need to eat before, to have power, and after to calm down :D So, before, take protein, and take protein with carbohyrdats after :), Drink much water, if not, you will not see results :)

Eat after workout, never before, because if you eat before maybe you'll feel like you're going to throw up, so eat food with protein but without fat, Chicken is the best meat you can eat ... of course there's more good food but chicken is the best because has no fats and has a lot of protein, you can also buy protein shake, I have, and it helps a lot.
Don't eat once a day, that's wrong! eat regularly in little proportions, I mean, when I stay at home all day long, I go to eat 3 in 3 hours, but I eat like, 2 apples, some salate... this things.

being a personal trainer i defintily agree that you have the heart to make the progressions you want. tweak your form in a few exercises especially your chest flies and soon you'll have a chest to impress. keep up the hard work kid

You must do it gradually, start with 4, after, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 is enough, your muscles will grow ...have a diet and motivation. I will repeat over and over...
This is a great full body workout. Many with back pain have trouble with getting on the ground to do ab exercises however. We hope that they will check our channel out. Thanks for sharing!

Guys, not only do you need a work out routine, but you also need a balanced diet to achieve your fitness goals. A balanced diet consists of fruits, vegetables, grains, protein, and dairy products. Also you're still in high school like me (I'm 17 years old), then all you have to do is ask your physical education teachers for daily routines to follow when you're not at school practicing a sport.
I couldn't tell you how to get the abs and the muscle. For me, as soon as I hit puberty muscle came for me along with a toned stomach(no abs though). I ride my bike, skateboard, do yoga, and push ups for exercise. Hope that helped!

im 14 now weighing 63kg. im a little fat and kinda fell outta my routine. but before i worked out i was 59kg. i did 30 pushups a day. 30 situps. 20 dumbell curls for each arm. about 20 squats(i have knee problems so you could probably do more)i would do also around 20 benchpresses. i ate good calory foods too. but when i stopped i kept eating the high calory foods now im a bit pudgy need to start again

ill give you the advice since no one else will...and its all you need to know, but only very few people follow. DIET is the number one way to change your appearance for the better, im not talking about starving your self, im talking about making sure that everything that enters your body has proper nutrition. Just look up healthy foods to eat. After a few weeks on your new diet you'll notice youll start to lose weight with out working out and you'll even feel better. Diet + workout = success100%
Lol, i started with 4 kilos, hahaha, who said that we started with 12, please dont comment if you dont know about the situation xD ... of course you will crash the muscle if you are a begginer and you will workout with 12 kilos, but now, there exists some products, like creatine, that makes your body retain more water, so you will have more muscle growth, thats volume, not strenght, whatever, the point is, start with small dumbells and after avance gradually.
Don'fprget to pinch shoulderblades together and elevate sternum up on chest exerxises that will minimize risk of shlulder injury and shlulder usage so you will use chest almost at 100%
Man, you can do many bar exercises, you must have a diet ... drink much water, eat proteins, do not eat fats, try to drink green tea before going to bed and cold water in the morning, it will tonify your muscles and give you strength :)

Yes it will ... is better to wait till 16 years old ... because you will stop growing, your mass will use the proteins to grow, and your height will stop.

This work out is bad for your shoulders I wouldn't recommend this work out an it does not work out the chest muscles
Tip for the bicep curls, go up against the wall, this stops you moving your back/making it easier for your biceps, then you have to stop moving your elbow, because it also makes it easier on your bicep.

u are lifting more weight and compromising on your technique, lower the weight for triceps and hit failure

Diet :) no junk food, much water, no cocacola, no fat, low carbs, etc
building muscle at home with your weights and equipment is very insufficient given you have average genetics. in order to attain a sizable physique u must bench press heavy,squat heavy, deadlift, military press, bent over row, sure you might think you are ripped at the moment with your 6 pack abs and doing your small isolation curls, look at the bigger picture. once you join a proper gym see if you still have abs when u put on 15 pounds of body mass
mate, to build muscle mass you really need to tear down the muscle fibers so they can heal bigger and stronger. Could I suggest that you do three - four sets of each exercise, and if you can lift the weights with such ease, then try upping the weight. It is the final reps that you can barely lift that really have the biggest effect. Or if you are going for more endurance slow-twitch muscle then you would need to up the reps to about 15, and make the last set to failure. Good video though mate.
Listen, exercise and the gym only really contributes to 20% of fat loss, the rest is going to be perfecting your diet. You could start lifting weights however, begin with powerful compound movements like bench presses, squats and deadlifts. Isolation exercises like curls always seem like a good idea to beginners but they're small potatoes. Muscles are like a kind of furnace, the more you have, the more fat they can burn through. The only issue is you're a bit young and could stunt your growth.
You're right man, I commented before watching the whole video, I saw you struggling with that weight that's why I criticized you, then I saw the abs workout, and I was impressed you got more chest than me :O could you upload a routine for chest? And how many days at week you work that muscle? I'm working each (chest, arms, back) once at week though, thanks for the info (creatine) that's very useful.
no you dont you pleb, you just look more toned, great if you're already big, if your a weed as this kid is, then no its not attractive ahaha you go for like 8 or 9 months of strict resistance training and a diet which is high in calories and protein and water to motivate muscle growth .. then once you have enlarged the canvas you cut out the protein and hit the cardio .. lose the fat, then you look shredded! No it wont, his form is terrible, and it will stunt your growth ... on his flies he was straining his neck ... on his curls he was swinging the elbow .. on the "bench" press he was rotating his wrists ..Press up was okay, but not much can go wrong (Possibly slow them down, get more out of it) ... sit up, neck was moving back and forth .... i got bored of pointing out errors ... this is why unless you know what you're doing, dont make tutorials, it spreads bad form!

Some people might say you're too young. If you really want to work out and then do a light routine every other day and if you are really dedicated then on your off days do some band workouts. People under estimate bands but they were great for me throughout high school lacrosse. Although lacrosse players do build lean muscle instead of bulk muscle
Wait, do you use the same weight on the chest press as on the other chest excercise? im 14 and i use 16/18kg on the chest press and 12 on the first chest excercize.
BTW what weight are you using on the bicep bar curls and what weight are you using on the bicep dumbells?

and when doing the second dumbell chest exercise try to lock your elbows at the 90 degree position at the very low point that you're dropping , cause that way the weight is pointed at the elbows and the exercise is done properly .

yea it may have potential to stunt growth but I'm 5'6 and 16 and also Asian. How tall you are based on your diet and genetics so you can't just blame lifting weights because I can squat 365lbs and I'm fine
These workouts will not get you big, doing 15 Kg weight for 7 months straight will work for the first month, but you need to increase weight, and intake healthy calorie and protein. Search youtube for Marc Fitt.
ive just been wouking out for 30 min every day and i have gained alot of muscle in the past 4 weeks. i have gained about 20% muscle in my arms and abs just doing curls pushups pullups and "cherry pickers" every day

You are doing them all wrong. You are supposed to go explosive up and then slow down. It doubles the training. Also you don't have to go all the way out to stretch the muscle- It just gives less "pump".
