    Don'fprget to pinch shoulderblades together and elevate sternum up on chest exerxises that will minimize risk of shlulder injury and shlulder usage so you will use chest almost at 100%

      I was hella skinny. consume ALOT of calories. just eat more than you normally do. eat your favorite foods. it doesn't have to be healthy. it could be pizza, and burgers. just consume a lot of calories, and workout to define the muscle. you'll get bigger in no time😉

      exactly what I did, except I am now starting to workout. I focused on gaining weight first. Went from 90 pounds to 125. TRACK YOUR FOOD btw. and doesnt matter if its healthy or not eat anything, dog food, burgers, peanut butter, cat shit whatever eat it .

      SPENCA So you need to lose weight while building muscle. Do the split workout routine. Monday - Biceps, triceps, chest. Tuesday - Back and shoulders. Wednesday - Abs and legs. Thursday - Biceps and triceps and chest. Friday - Back and shoulders. Saturday - Abs and legs. Sunday - Rest day
