  • Grip strength is more than just a measure of physical prowess; it's a gateway to enhanced performance in many aspects of life. However, when most people think about improving their grip the focus is typically on grippers, heavy deadlifts and long hangs from a pull-up bar. While these are incredibly valuable, what can often go overlooked is the need for odd angle strength which requires a unique combination of both tension and mobility.
In this video, we take a quick dive into the fascinating world of neuroscience and hand movement to explain one of our favorite, game-changing exercises that not only strengthens your grip but also taps into brain-body connection to develop smarter and stronger hands and wrists.
Whether you're an athlete looking to dominate your sport, a fitness enthusiast aiming to conquer new challenges, or simply someone seeking to improve daily functionality, this exercise is for you.
Join me as we explore the science behind the exercise, understand how it influences your brain's neuroplasticity, and learn the step-by-step process to perform it effectively. Done properly, this is a very potent exercise that we think you'll fall in love with when you experience the results.

Dr. Cobb, do you do the grip strength exercises with both hands or just your dominate hand? Thanks for all your help. Deb
