Casein is excellent with yoghurt because it mixes a lot better, and turns it into basically cheesecake! Skyr with vanilla casein and strawberries is heaven...
You do better at informing viewers on calories & portion than ALL the “dietitians” on here that make it seem like they eat way more than they probably do 🙄 Thanks!
@@solma1 you do, else how would big bodybuilders be able to maintain 250g protein a day? What range of time would you consider a meal? 1 hour between meals, 2? Your body just keeps it and processes it later, doesn’t go to waste
Idk what protien he is using but its definately not 360. Its more like 460. I use whey isolate chocolate protein gold standard and 0% greek yogurt. With banana its above 500. However with the whey isolate it is closer to 90 protein. Its really good and im definitely gonna use it again but 360 is misleading it depends on your ingredients
A cup and a 1/2 of Greek yogurt has about 30 grams of protein and a scoop of protein powder has 20 grams. He put 2 scoops of protein powder, so it adds up to 70 grams of protein together.
@@shiftysamurai8701 Siggi’s plain skyr has 0g fat 7g carbs 19g protein for 3/4 cup serving. A cup and a half of that has 38g protein, plus 2 scoops protein powder (24g protein each) will be 86g protein
The average person cannot absorbe 70 plus grams of protein in one sitting, so this is very wasteful. If you want the protein, break this into two separate meals.
it’s obviously going to be high in protein if you’re adding two scoops of protein powder
No shit, what did you expect
@@cgigammez5749 probably something without protien powder 😭
makes sense lol@@fumeinagema
That's not how it works richard
2 scoops?? holy crap, i can barely mix 1 scoop.
Add milk to thin it out
or water for no additional calories

How to make anything high protein:
*Just eat it with unnessecarely much protein powder*
Kino warrior!!
Add some Granola and you're all set!
2 scoop you can drink that with water and get 72 G protein
Wait... i just do this with cocoa powder instead of the protein powder tf
idk id ather have a meal for that many calories than a snack
I know this looks good and all, but would the body absorb all that protein?
Yh just takes very long when eating lots of protein
No harm in it but it's diminishing returns past 20-25g protein one portion. You can't digest more that in one serving

I dont think any studies support this unless you already have kidney issues.
