I'll go ahead and explain it for you since I made the video :) So Ibara refers to Crazy:B as the poison and the cure of ES, right? Well ALKALOID's name comes from a class of chemicals that are commonly produced in poisonous and medicinal plants. So, technically speaking, they could ALSO be referred to as a "poison and a cure" because it's literally in their name. It really highlights how the story is trying to paint ALKALOID and Crazy:B as two sides of the same coin. You could even call them literary foils if you wanna be all fancy and academic lol. Both groups are essentially stuck in the same position, but because of their contrasting personalities, they each respond to it completely differently. ALKALOID is trying to succeed by playing it safe while Crazy:B is being, well, crazy. At least that's what it looks like to me idk I haven't read chapter 5 yet. I hope that explanation makes sense LOL.
