great video. I must have restored and sold at least 10 c3's . the 76 I have now is my last and my sons want me to keep it . I am getting to old to do the work anymore .
You only live once and these cars are fun to work on and drive. This is my second C3 that I've done this with. The Red C3 featured here is basically for my daughter and that's why I'm making it safe , plus I enjoy doing the work. I've learned alot about C3 on UA-cam and through reading , friends with C3s, so it's a hobby for me. Stay motivated and go for it as you help keep these American Classics around . Cheers J
Both those ideas are great and I'll use those techniques in the future . I like the grease idea and I think that would be perfect. Thanks for watching. J
Thanks Johnathan, your videos are very helpful!
Glad you like them and I try my best with what I've got. I'll be posting part 2 tomorrow .

I know the feeling. I've got another C3 that I don't feature on the channel yet, but it's a beauty!

Can you try sticking the shims together with a magnet in order to help holding them in place? Grease would help adhere them together temporarily too.

Love it! Right on time before winter in Ontario! I wanna do the same to my car, thanks for the good explanations, keep going!
