Toyota hadn't been inovating since the Prius, they are lucky to have survive this long.
Have you seen and touched the interior panels of the latest prius. It's a laughing stock. How did those cheap plastic panels made it pass the designers standards? Toyota stands for the ultimate Value Engineering.
Toyota is experiencing the most successful years in its history.

@@singed8853How so?
Yea because all the other car makers were overpricing their vehicles and don't have Toyota's legacy of reliability.
EV makers are innovating fast while offering comparable reliability and these numbers reflect how that is hitting Toyota.
The biggest problem they have is that they have no plan for dealing with this. @@singed8853

There's a great documentary coming out - Toyota (2029) detailing the spectacular fall of the auto giant, ending with Akio Toyoda committing seppuku. You guys will love it. (I'm from the future, BTW).
No. The modern Japan doesn't accept suiciding anymore.

Dream on, EU and US have started customs war against BYD and other Chinese manufactures. There is a limit how much long the Chinese can dump their products to market with losses. China doesnt have much leverage in this trade war, just low to medium quality workshop.
As I've said before, BYD tech is becoming so advanced that Toyota are going to be using BYDs DM-i hybrid tech in their Toyota Corollas starting in 2026. The BYD hybrids were tried and tested being able to travel 2100km on one tank. Toyota knows that if they can't beat them, might as well join them. Even Teslas cars are using BYDs blade batteries because of how safe it is.
Only in China.
@@yo2trader539 Yes will be tested in China and then rolled out to the rest of the world.
Toyota is also expected to use BYD's Sharks DMI hybrid/PHEV tech for their Toyota Hilux Utes to compete with Ford Rangers etc since Toyota aren't capable of making such a advanced hybrid in a ute that BYD has mastered.
The Toyota Hilux Hybrid that will run on BYD's hybrid/PHEV engine would be targeted world wide since Hilux's aren't popular in China.

I'd be happy to buy an ev from toyota just because i don't want to continue supporting the ridiculous price of petrol. looked at toyota ev, 71k Aud, looked at toyota hybrid CHR - 47K AUD. ok cool, ended up buying atto 3, same price as a CHR, same range as bz4x. It's a well known strategy. You have a product (in this case an EV) that gets people in the door and then your dealers get them to buy an ersatz Hybrid or ICE. BAIT and SWITCH.

Toyota sales are way up in the U.S.. Gas Car sales across all companies are up
Yes it is just that a lot more cars are sold outside the US.
That's just the US though
American is becoming Cuba with old fossil cars while the world whistles past them in tech. U s a is already 3rd world in electricity generation. There are countries like Norway that are already 100% renewable power generation. USA and India are the filthy slow nations
USA is not the world
Toyota and Honda had record April-June quarter due to strong hybrid demand. People who don't understand the auto-market mistakenly look at sales volume without considering the profitability of each car model and market.
Amateurs think that selling 10 vehicles in China for US$ 15,000 is better for automakers than selling 5 vehicles in North America, Europe, or Japan for US$ 30,000. Marketshare data is the least useful when it comes to profitability.
In Europe in the first 6M in the top 25 cars sold, only 1 is electric and is in the 8 place. Of course is Tesla Y with -26% compared with same period last year. This -26% is compensated with the the +36% on the Model 3 that is not in the top 25.
Inside Chiese market, Chinese brands reached 67% this year, keep going up. When I went to China early this year, saw those foreign dealer shop disappeared changed to Chinese brands on the same site.
You ”forgot” to mention that the profit rose 16% for Toyota 😂
Temporarily.
As quoted by Japan Times.
"Toyotas global sales fell 4.7% to 5.2 million in the first six months of 2024, most prominently in Japan and China. That was due in large part to broad recalls of the Prius and other models, as well as intense competition from EV manufacturers such as China’s BYD."
"With downward pressure from the currency move and the sell-off in Japanese equities, he added that it’s difficult to buy the Toyota stock unless its earnings look favorable."
Lol. Also profit only rose because of how weak the Yen is, their currency has collapsed which helps with exports but costs them more in imports. Thats why Toyota stock crashed almost 10% today. They expect profits to fall in Q2
I can't get even buy RAV4 MSRP is so high. Because of the demand.... this guy says Toyotas sale is falling 😂😂😂😂 because BYD 😂 BUYING+YOUR+DISASTER
@@UNCLE.SAM69162 Don't get mad at me lil bro. Im just quoting what the largest News site in Japan is saying, if you could read you would know as quoted by Japan Times "Toyotas global sales fell 4.7% to 5.2 million in the first six months of 2024".

Got the BZ4X AWD with the 0% offer here in DK and happy with it for the price, but agree that Toyota is lagging behind today, even though they for years had an advantage from their knowledge in making hybrids, which partially is an electric viechle, they would have done it much better if they had not played that hardheaded with their hydrogen car and instead pulled out the finger, and at same time followed the global EV development closely with their knowledge from their hybrids, unfortunate they did not🙃
There was a time when Chinese where buying Chinese vehicles and the dealer offered to change the brand logo for a Toyota one. How time have changed
perpetual machines can only be pattented if you present a working prototype :)
Toyota did have a good PowerPoint presentation though.
Sounds that way for Toyota Solid State battery. No one has seen a working prototype yet.
I did a quick dealer search and total world-wide sales were up 7.2% in 2023. I bought a Toyota CCH (42 mpg) earlier this year and the problem they have is they don't have the right cars on the lot. They have rows of slow selling hydrogen cars and over-priced Tacoma's (oops). My CCH model is on 6 month back order. I don't know if anyone has seen their new Camry Hybrid but it is gorgeous. To me, most of the Teslas look alike and I can't tell one from the other. Most of the other electric cars look "weird" and the better they look, plan on spending over $70,000. However, as reported in a previous video, 600 mile range with 9 minute fill up, that's when I start getting excited about EVs, especially if they put the battery in a good looking body. Remember, the more expensive a car, the better looking is has to be before it will sell.
I would say you are in the absolute minority, needing to be able put on 600 mile range in 9 minutes. The average Aust and UK driver travels about 38km a day, US about 38 miles, such a beat up giving this point such precedence over other positives such as acceleration, throttle response, quietness, efficiency, low charging and maintenance costs, home charging capability, more efficient packaging, lower emissions etc. Also saying all electric cars look weird and a Camry Hybrid is gorgeous, perhaps you just a little biased.
@@GDM22 Couldn't have said it better myself. Camrys are as exciting as a 4 day old chewing gum.
"The terminal decline"..Again, Viking? Because the sells are slightly down, compared to 2023, as they are for all other manufacturers, apart from the Chinese. And it was predictable for the global car market months ago, due to various factors.
Toyota is actually having the best years in its history. The sales in Europe and North America are up 10-15%. Toyota is steadily number 1 manufacturer in the world for 7th consecutive year with a very healthy profit margins.
And by the way, BMW is also having the best years of its life. It has almost twice the revenue and profit than Tesla for H1 2024. And all that without the environmental subsidies, which are a solid portion of Tesla's profit. While it should have gone underwater a long time ago, according to your videos.
For the Chinese market - all foreign manufacturers will be obliterated by the local brands in the next few years, that is clear. There still be presence of some foreign brands and models for buyers that want something "exotic", but the market share will drop down significantly.
one of the best decisions I made in my life was selling my 2020 Lexus (just got out of warranty) and buying the BYD Seal performance , I got a much better car (huge upgrade) and 8 year warranty for free
I owned a Honda Civic for 10 years and waited for 2 years for Honda or Toyota to release a top quality EV. 5 months ago I waited no longer and bought a BYD Seal, I would have preferred to buy from what I see as a tried and trusted brand but the Japanese don't seem to be interested in this market. I test drove the Toyota Camry hybrid and the BYD Seal and the seal was the better cars in nearly all areas. I have solar panels with spare capacity and the Toyota was only a self charging effort so no advantage. Here in Thailand the Seal was $4000 USD cheaper than the Toyota so I took the plunge with the Chinese. 7000km on, no problems and it is so nice to drive, best car I have ever owned or driven.
Its ok saying BYD cars are better model for model. But here in the UK they are not competitive. The dolphin gets trounced for sales by the MG4. The Atto 3 is still rear and nobody is buying the Seal as it costs more than the Model 3. You cant biy anything else. So selling a handful of cars is increasing maket share and shows year on year growth. But it's still tiny numbers.
So they are only a big player because of the Chinese market. They don't seem that competitive in many markets and don't seem to be trying that hard unlike MG.
Before I bought my BYD Seal I watched many UA-cam reviews, some in the UK. The selling price in the UK for the 2wd, 308 BHP model is £45000 and the 4wd, 530 BHP model £48000. Here in Thailand the same cars are priced at £33000 and £36000 with an ABB 7kw wall charger including installation and 1 year insurance. It is a brilliant car to drive and own, why are they so expensive in the UK?
Sam, there is no way it's going to be cheaper to hire a Robo taxi every day for work and at the weekend for leisure. Yes, the usage will not be 24/ 7, but companies that run these services need to make huge profits to pay to shareholders.
Just look at the number of scooters & bikes that are left everywhere not being used. Robotaxis are a bigger overhead, and they cannot be left idle as this will push up prices.
The cost of owning a car is much more that the gas/electricity, it also includes depreciation, maintenance, insurance and in most major cities parking as well, for those living in cities in can easily be much cheaper to call a RoboTaxi for daily commute, but it all comes down to the cost of using a RoboTaxi per mile and if there is any subscription needed.
Personally I am looking forward to the day I don't need a car and a RoboTaxi "magically" spawns right in front of my entrance when I need it, life would be so much easier
@casperhansen826 Cannot see how Robotaxi can ever be easier. What's easier than going outside & getting in your own car & going wherever you want. It's not going to happen in my lifetime.
You nailed it on the metric that will determine in the end who survives (without govt support) and who does not.
Speed of Innovation
That is the key. GM and Ford are the slowest in this regard and they will never be competitive. Their vehicles will always be using last year's battery tech and last decade's manufacturing techniques. BYD is the fastest, followed closely by Tesla
Toyota is closer to GM than to BYD. Not so much because they can't innovate, but because they have committed so many resources in developing hybrid tech and fuel cell tech. In Tru japanese spirit they woul rather fall on their sword than change
Not as sold on Chinese car companies. It is impossible to know their true accounting.

Toyota Honda in arround 1960-70-80 era, have got subsidized by their own Japanese government too, folks
Including GM Ford Volkswagen Daimler Hyundai KIA

many chinese startups get more 'subsidies' from their peers and industry leaders than their govt. many of these supporter companies will lose much money in the beginning, until the startups they subsidise can achieve profitable yield. and these successful startups will then repeat the process on other startups facing difficulties. they operate like a family. competition is stiff, but the sense of kinship is also very tight. you can compare it with zaibatsu or keiretsu or chaebol, but it's a different sense with the chinese.
Same in Malaysia. Proton was subsidised to protect it.
Toyota has been scamming our market by giving us watered down yet expensive cars. This goes the same from Honda, Mitsubishi and Nissan.

Fires Burning are at ‘Full Tilt’ Across the Western U.S. Stretching Resources. At least one person was killed this week by a wildfire in Colorado, and experts say hot, dry conditions are likely to spark more blazes. It took only a week for the Park fire north of Sacramento to grow into the fifth-largest in California history. “Normally we’re ramping up in July to get to that peak in August, early September,” said Alex Robertson, director of fire and aviation management for the U.S. Forest Service. But this year, he said, “we’re going into August already at our full tilt.” More than half a million acres of the Western United States have burned in the past week, according to the Times wildfire tracker. Mr. Robertson said the Forest Service had already had to request about 80 aviation and fire operations experts from Australia and New Zealand to help manage the fires spreading in California and other states, including Washington, Oregon and Colorado. Climate change has been making heat waves in the region more intense and longer. July 22, two days before the Park fire began, was Earth’s HOTTEST DAY ON RECORD, and some areas burned by the blaze experienced their warmest 30-day periods just before it broke out.
But don’t just blame ice cars! It’s every part of the fossil fuel industry! The English language countries are expanding their production and use of fossil fuels while greenwashing their people. They have become a very dangerous cartel.😢
And?
@@malcolmrickarby2313 BP recently announced they were ABANDONING their reduced production commitments. Google's expansion of AI has MASSIVELY INCREASED its power use, where they were once supposedly on track or meeting short term climate commitment goals. ONE POLITICAL PARTY in the US is OPENLY ACTIVELY DOING ALL THEY CAN to expand Fossil Fuel use. One candidate says at every campaign event" "Drill Baby Drill".' It isn't Kamala Harris or a BLUE party member; they proposed the Green New Deal.
There's another aspect to all this electrification, I bought a Model S back in 2017 when I was 61 and paid way more money for it than I had for any other car I've ever owned (almost 3 x more) because I felt that I could drive it with almost zero running costs for some 20 years which would make it the last car I ever own. I figured even if I had to replace the battery after 10-12 years that would be around $14,000 -$16,000 and would be way more environmentally and economically feasible than buying another car. No it looks like I may just make that 20 year milestone without a battery change because with current degradation and retiring at the 15 year mark (I like to work) the reduced driving post retirement will see me through.
If every EV is that good then the EV market will reach saturation and even EV sales volumes will bottom out near the 2-10% per year replacement mark leaving the car industry in a position where they will need to be very good at stop/start manufacturing rather than JIT with 2-3 shifts as they do now.
Maybe Toyota will “launder” Chinese EVs through their good name in the United States 🇺🇸.
Maybe BYD will sell Americans Chinese cars with Toyota badge and eventually BYD will BUY Toyota for this advantage after Toyota gets run into the ground and files for bankruptcy and BYD picks up the company for pennies on the dollar. Silly prognostication but remotely and approximately possible.

Its wild a company with all the resources and were making the Prius 20 years ago could have read the room so badly, they could make Kodak look like a minor hiccup in a decade.
Hi Sam, I think you may be wrong about one thing. A lot of people buying cars have no idea who actually manufactures them. Those people buy brands, not manufacturers. They buy Toyota because it is Toyota, having no idea how much is built by BYD or Toyota. I think Toyota is banking on that and since BYD seems to be on par in quality, that is unlikely to impact Toyota sales too much. The question is, will Toyota pivot in time to survive or will they just die due to too few good EVs. Because the people that don't buy "brands" are the ones that are going to shop for the best car they can find and that is bad news for the legacy automakers, since the Chinese are churning out great cars at a massive rate. Time will tell.........................
When I had to choose between Toyota and BYD it would DEFINITELY be no BYD. But just keep laughing!
Interesting, my friend just booked a BYD dolphin a week ago, the BYD garage slaes Mercedes mazda skoda as well, he said the other brands were really quiet, all the BYD sales assistants were busy.
After 4 months with the Dolphin, it is a great car.
Toyota biggest problem in SEA is they already priced their car very high due to no competition, and due to all other car maker, which is also mainly japanese, follow the money grabbing scheme.
Thus when all those Chinese brand coming with better pricing, they can only match the price which will collapse their brand image due to cutting price (a temporary, like 2-4 years problem), or do nothing like they did.
I heard somewhere that Toyota had self charging Evs. oh what a feeling Toyota!
Yes, self charging with gasoline or hydrogen. Or self charging with Qi(biogas)from driver ?😂

Haha, just had an advert encouraging a test drive of a Toyota BZ4X straight after Sam's video.
I used to like Toyotas and have owned a few of them but I'll never buy another again. Their 'self charging' hybrid marketing is dishonest at best and their constant delay tactics are the same plays as the tobacco industry and FF industry did and continue to do.
I just see them as a dishonest company and wouldn't touch a Toyota with a barge pole now.
Our roads are already congested at peak times. Imagine getting a taxi into the city, that will be dropping off its passenger, and leaving at the same time as other taxis are trying to get in. It will double traffic. Public transport is a better solution.
Between the insurance costs and gas, when I only drive my 203 Acura 1800 miles a year, it's just time to dump it and go with delivery and Uber.
4:39) A challenging market is, "not some sort of seasonal wind blowing through" for Toyota. No. It's a Frunkin' Jet Stream!
Toyota today reminds me of the vignette of Iron Mike Tyson on all fours on the canvas in Tokyo with Buster Douglas looking over.
Don't get me wrong - I love Mike, still do to this day.
But Toyota looks to me to be down for the count and not only are they dazed by the Chinese EV competition, they're still fumbling about the canvas for the mouthpiece that was knocked silly out of their mouths.
That's where Toyota is today. And they have no clue how to get back up on their feet.
The latest Prius is a good looking car, would be good to see an EV version but not holding my breath
They should make it BEV. Hybrid days are long gone.
The days of Toyota selling 20 million vehicles worldwide per year are over.
We can see why these auto manufacturers were so resistant to EV development 20 years ago and still are today. Bye bye Blackberry and Nokia. Bye bye Toyota and GM
I couldn't find statistics showing that Toyota has ever sold much more that 11 million cars worldwide in a year
To quote Winston Churchill (Just think Toyota as opposed to WWII)...."Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning."
Is any of this relevant to EVs? Just a click bait to advertise the Melbourne show.
No one is asking what Toyota's investors are thinking. If Toyota's revenues decline to the point where the debt cannot be serviced the investors might decide to bail en mass to preserve capitol. That flight of capitol could trigger a total collapse of Toyota over the period of a single quarter. Not even the Japanese government could bailout Toyota quickly enough to prevent a knock on affect with other Japanese automakers.
"Interesting Times!"
Isn’t Toyota just reported a 8.7 billion profit last quarter. Which car companies made that kind of profits per quarter? I think BYD made 1.2 billion last quarter including battery profits.
Japanese government has launched investigation in Toyota certification breaches.
Easy to increase profits in the short term by cutting back on long-term investment. But do that long enough and you wind up with uncompetitive products and your market share starts to drop. As is happening with Toyota now.
toyota is meh
@@alsetalokin88 just check their earnings this year so far, I have not bought one for years but they keep selling for some reason. They are almost still the biggest car company in the world at this stage. having said that, the fact they did not capitalise on their initial lead in electrified type vehicles still mystifies me. They will have to change or shrink as the world will be an ev one regardless, just wait and see.

It wouldn't have anything to do with the resale value of EV'S would it?
Toyota sponsors the 2024 Paris Olympics. 😅😅😅
😢😢the communists are beating the capitalists at there own game 😂😂😂
The weirdest thing ever, how can they still call themselves communist?
Hey man, what are your thoughts on some cases of electrical vehicles catching fire while driving? Should this be a concern for people purchasing electric cars. Do you think that there are "safer" car companies that us consumers should purchase instead?
if you go for lifepo4 or lfp batteries you should be fine
Doesn’t happen, but you knew that. 30x less likely to catch fire than ICE.
It doesn't happen.

How long can China continue to sell EVs at a loss?
source?
@@TerryHickey-xt4mf The Electric Viking
That's a good question. Most Chinese automakers won't survive the current price war in China. Foreign automakers will just watch the Chinese eat each other.
So they sell more expensive to make up for the decline in market share. So it will spiral out of control
If Toyota has to pay its debt quickly; they will go under and severely hurt the Japanese economy that's already fragile. That could be an international crisis.
I will keep saying this Sam using Chinese technology to make cars levels the playing field. If its got a Toyota badge there are people who will buy them over BYD. Most of the large companies have been manufacturing goods in China for decades. This is why Chinese manufacturing is so advanced.
Tony Seba predicted it❤
Maybe Toyota should muscle in to The market Hitachi abandoned.... Hand held massagers😂😂😂😂😂
Bye, Felicia. I mean, Toyota.
It should be 1000% illegal to project, claim, advertise, lie, brainwash, and state that your car company will have 'this' car or battery on 'this' future date, so Toyota, Honda, GM, stop lying, Tesla does this a bit, but they're the best EV company in the world, and they back up their claims, and gov doesn't bail them out.
Toyota, customers are plain wrong about our Hydrogen. Hybrids or ICE cars. Our solid state battery is real soon now! These will be so peachy for our luxury Lexus brands.
Who are Toyota Sam ?
Toyota have been sitting on their hands, resting on their "building mundane cars" laurels and now they're moaning because they've been caught with their pants down. What they lack is initiative. What they do have though, is excusitis. Neither elicit any sympathy!
Sam, you can knock Toyota as much as you like but it's not lying when it's talking about market conditions. The mass dumping of cheap cars, often sold at a loss, would be challenging in any market.
Too bad about Toyota (no, not really) because finally, the Prius is decent looking. It would do great as a BEV but Toyota is too stuck in its rut to get out of the way.
Toyota was slow to EV and first EVs were meh. Hybrids were ok for the early 2000s, their time has passed.
Forget the 2035 mandats, car makers have until 2030 to have ALL models solely BEV or they will be out of business.
All toyota have to do is make a 2016 hiace all battery.thats all
I've said it before even with robotaxis the whole developing world has yet to get automobiles yet . They will have ev robotax8s someday but there will need to be quite a lot more of them
New cars seem over complicated you cant fix them yourself the french had some solar powered cars everyone wants clean energy electric and battery is the new deal
Solid State Batteries are on the same path as Hydrogen fueled vehicles, not happening.
They're happening but not at Toyota's claimed dates and certainly not from Toyota.
They've all been saying the same crap, while Tesla and BYD rock. They have had pleanty of time to make great cars by now, but have been playing stupid games.
"And so it begins", the downfall of traditional EVs. Like the way you put it.
USA will be able to buy Chinese EV - it’ll be badged as a Toyota
Make Toyota fielder all battery EV thats all
Toyota is failing as a car company because the market is moving towards EV'S and people aren't buying cars in general.
byd have downfall too ,wtf you talk about
check out their sales world wide, they are not doing too badly.
@@TerryHickey-xt4mf they only back on level from 2 years ago!!last year they had 10 % or more downfall and when market will be overflowed and that means by next year especially china ones they will tank down again
I don't know why people in developed world are protesting, but Toyotas in developed world are super awful. They skimped and stripped down most things, but especially the car systems and its infotainment. For 10 years, they practically only sell cars to duped buyers - who believed their propaganda and myth: "reliability" (every car do break down, including Toyotas, which quality are declining - but Toyotas are super easy to repair and maintain). They sell featureless car for more money to people who have been brainwashed to think that bog down basic cars means "less things to go wrong" - and equipping their cars with outdated technology is simply "using proven technology". Meanwhile, we heard that you can control the car systems from the infotainment or use your phone's connection like Android Auto or Apple Car Play... we only get that here in 2020s Toyotas.
When my global-feature equal Mazda reached 10 years old without replacing any parts beyond suspension and regular service parts - that's when the Toyota/Honda myth crumbled. When Hyundais started to reach 10 years without any major problems, Toyota has no excuse.
Sunroof does not leak if you don't bake your car under the sun. HID projector headlights and its motorised lens does not need replacements as often as cheap halogen bulbs of 1990s that keep on dying after 4-5 years. The motorised side mirror still works flawlessly 10 years on. The car infotainment systems still respond to voice command as it was new.
Meanwhile, the Toyota's "proven technology" OEM CD player have trouble swallowing or ejecting CDs. The side mirror buttons requires some extra push to make it work. Electric power leakage drained a brand new battery in 6 months - turns out the immobiliser and car alarm systems. You see, to Toyota's credit, I can easily fix them all personally - but it kinda shows that Toyota's cheapness and the premium they charge are worth nothing these days. The doors rattled, the pedals shakes, the interior trims started to show its age, basically it is not as "well-built" as they advertised with the Hilux. They use a lot of cheap parts - which is again, kinda cheap to replace, but also annoying and waste a lot of time. Meanwhile, things are a breeze in the Hyundai or Mazda - which stuff almost and never broke down.
Like western cars of the 1970s - we found out that cars don't have to be unreliable. Now we find the same with Toyotas/Hondas - car features are not finnicky gimmicks that can easily go wrong. They are functional and just last as long as the warranty, provide a lot of value, stress relief, and entertainment during the awful traffic jams that the industry helped to create.
The main reason why Toyota doesn't recover is simply the way they setup and run the business - "The Toyota Way" - that resulted in their "massive" success in real world, as well as "massive amount of wasted money in Formula 1: inability to innovate for real when it is required real quick. They make the market worship the Toyota way and create this cult surrounding the Japanese brand to mask the deteroirating quality, build quality, emission cheats, safety test cheats, and many other problems. Regarding the incoming EV wave: Toyota just plain resorted to marketing and propaganda... they clearly have no answer.
Wow,Toyota is amazing, game over for Tesla!
sarcasm?
Toyota needs to go .........
BYD=Burn You Dead per Google
Show us your car first we will believe that BYD is so durable 😂😂😂😂😂???????????
Well Sam ,GM is developing a new engine rinning on compressed air. You should look into that. Yes, I know, it's not electric but you could call your channel "The airhead Aussie" instead ,aehh.
All Toyota vehicles have issues now! All their new engines are garbage.
Toyota can't keep up with demand for its hybrids - have none available on sales lots. Buyers must order and wait. Dealer markups are evidence of Toyota popularity.
they know this strategy works perfectly at the moment, because the trends to plug ins and hybrids are 'in'. , And will change again in the next few years. All of a sudden it may seem, you will be able to buy an ev that outperforms an ice or hybrid in every way, and will be cheaper to buy and run. That is when the stuff will really hit the wall.
This Guy is sponsored by BYD 😂 come to china and see how many BYD battery caught in fire ...did you know that 10,000 BYD EV cars unsold in Europe ratting in yard😂😂😂😂 your the only guy says Toyota's sale is going down....and yet Toyota in north America is selling like pancake and higher msrp because of the demand
Usual propaganda from The Chinese Viking !! The car infront is and will always be a Toyota...
Sorry but strong ani Toyota bias.
