Yes you can do that. I would also do it one at a time. That way you can jack up the transmission a bit more without worrying about aligning it on multiple mounts later

When lifting the engine from either side, couldnt you just loosen the top bolt on the front mount, instead of all 3 nuts on the bottom?
Bottom mount is blocking the bolts of control arm it got to be removed
