The Yamaha CSP-170 Digital Piano in an amazing product. The 'CSP' stands for 'Clavinova Smart Piano', and this piano really does live up to its name. Not only does it have a great feel to it with its 88 note weight key 'Natural Wood X (NWX)' action, an amazing piano sound through its 2 x 45w speakers but it has many other sounds and features too when you connect it to an IOS or Android device like a tablet or smart phone. Using the 'Yamaha Smart Pianist' app you can access a whole new world with this piano. You have 721 sounds, 470 accompaniments and over 400 songs to play with. You can play it as a piano, use songs to play along too or use the rhythms and accompaniments it has too enhance your sound or give you the feel of playing in a band, the choice is yours. Is the action a lot stiffer than the clp745? I’m considering this vs clp as I think it’ll be a lot more fun for my 6 year old son and a few absolute beginners in the house. But worried the action is alot more stiff or heavy particularly for a kid
