    Yogurt can be replaced with thick sour cream (12-20% fat).
    Adjust the amount of sugar to taste or replace with a sweetener.
    Lemon or orange peel can be used as a flavoring agent.

    Diameter 18 cm
    Ingredients
    Greek yogurt 10% - 600 g
    Sugar - 90 g
    Vanilla sugar - 10 g
    Eggs - 4 pcs (200 g without shell)
    Corn starch - 60 g
    Preparation
    1. Paper with a non-stick layer is well wrinkled. Line up the form, pressing the paper firmly to the bottom and sides. Try not to compromise the integrity.
    2. Combine thick Greek yogurt with vanilla sugar and sugar, cornstarch and eggs. Stir until smooth, more sugar can be added.
    3. Pour the mixture into a mold.
    4. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 ° C on a medium level without convection for 60 minutes. Turn off the oven, open the door and leave for 30 minutes.
    5. Cool at room temperature and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or better for 5-6 hours.
    6. Remove from the mold and transfer to a dish.
    7. Decorate with berries or chocolate fondant, lemon or berry cream.
    Note!
    The baking time may differ from the one stated in the video, focus on your oven, and also take into account the material from which the form is made.
