Nick has answered this numerous times. In the NFL he doesn't have as much influence on shaping what type of man/ person the player will be. In the pros, it's about the money, and in many ways, the players have more power. Coaches are traded after ONE season. In college, he has more impact on developing the players personality. He's a psychology major. He's more into the development side of coaching. He has more influence of that personal side at the college level where the sport isn't ran by business.
