Its growing, but not as well as it could be. I had this issue with my lats, but found a exercise that made it really connect for me. Since then they are growing faster than ever. But my chest, still haven't had much luck. I feel like if I can get that pump, and keep it... it will happen. That's basically what happened with my lats. Finally getting that pump, then focusing on it through the reps. Now I can flex each lat individually, something I couldn't do for years. I can "pec pop" but I just don't feel it in my bench, fly, what ever workout I'm doing. I was told doing dumbbell flys on a decline bench will help, but I don't do chest for 3 more days. He has a lot more quality muscle. But larry is a strength focused bodybuilder and very much on the juice. The other guy must also be on something. But not thát much.
I really like this idea, shooting for 30 reps with very short breaks. Out of all my body parts I'm having a issue with my chest. Mostly mind muscle connection. I'll be sure to try both then.
I never thought I'd see the day that Larry looked like a child 😂
Well Larry is actually an average sized male
because of his stature he’s gonna be real tuff on the table
if Olivier Richters was muscular as Larry Wheels
he would look like a freaking monster 😁
He would look like thor at his strongest.
Guys like Thor and Brian are the only guys over 2m that carried 200+ kg of mass while being kinda lean, if this guy would get up to that kind of weight it would be insane
@@Archane2 and he's like significantly taller than Thor
@Slakers how do you know?
@@rubenbraekman4515 lean ? 😂😅
Welcome to the squad Richters!
😂😂 finally Andrew has to look up to someone
26:03 The ROAR of a Beast!!!
🤣
26:23 Guy in the background does 100+ kg seated OHP for reps. LOL
It could be 245? The dude doesn't look that heavy. Strong af!
That gym is full of freaks. Just training in that kind of environment would motivate me.
Deam! Good catch
I can’t wait for Black Widow to see what role does the Dutch giant will be playing :)
P.S. Olivier other your physicality is a really gentle guy, very kind person, educated, humble,a really good guy !
I was enjoying watching to you guys......looking forward
