Any chance Paula’s choice could move away from using plastic containers for everything ? I’d love to see more sustainable/eco friendly packaging...I miss interacting with people too. I miss not having to worry about getting my family sick (my company won’t let me work from home). I can’t wait until things improve. Thank for this channel! I’m learning so much

We have weighed the pros and cons of moving away from plastic and the alternatives would either have a greater environmental impact (for example, switching to all glass would drastically ramp up fuel costs when thousands of pieces are transported to our warehouses) and ultimately decided to look for and begin utilizing more sustainable plastic options, such as recycled plastic and ocean waste plastics (meaning we purchase plastic reclaimed from the ocean and it is turned into new plastic packaging that can be recycled). This topic is something we're monitoring closely; we have an excellent packaging team! -Bryan
Hello Nina! Yes, this is fine. Any of our retinol products can be applied around the eyes, but not directly to the eyelids, and always blend away from the tear duct to avoid getting the product in the eye itself. When I apply the Bakuchiol/retinol treatment at night, I follow with our RESIST Anti-Aging Eye Cream. -Bryan
Thanks to PC BHA product I am now obsessed with using their toner followed by an exfoliant.. I think I need to now use a lighter exfoliate product now as I have been using the BHA product for 3 months straight and now that my skin is peeling quite a bit I am taking a break from it, but like I said I would like to continue with using a exfoliant every day if possible. So could you please recommend an alternative to the BHA product? That I could use every day? Thanks
Hello! I suspect you're referring to the 2% BHA Liquid. I suggest alternating this with our CALM 1% BHA Lotion (which is for all skin types) or you can switch to an AHA exfoliant, my personal favorite being our RESIST Daily Smoothing Treatment 5% AHA. This exfoliant also contains a "kick" of BHA, here at 0.5%. -Bryan
