Also, when he put the mask back on..standing like let's rumble..Although; the impaired cognitive patient scene was heart breaking. I loved the movie! As a super fan, I am ready for the next movie!

Just FINALLY, after a 2 then 3 year wait, watched Halloween Kills. After ALL the negative reviews it must've lowered my expectations or it actually IS the best Halloween sequel I've ever seen. I was on edge, surprised, moved, shocked and thoroughly entertained. Maybe the bad reviews were from non fans because I've been a fan since I saw the original at age 7 when it debuted on tv right before the release of Halloween II. All the things people were gripeing about didn't bother me in the least. It all made sense and was plausible, for the most part (Michael's durability being the only thing I need more explanation on). It was fast paced and intense and the flashbacks were VERY well done. I'm really excited to see how it all comes together and ENDS. Wow, it was worth the wait and superior to Halloween 2018. Highly recommended to fans and slasher fans alike.👍 Edit: after my initial reaction I still think Halloween II 1981 is the best sequel (Dean Cundey's masterful cinematography can't be beat), 2 things that bother me about Kills: the kids in Kills are the ugliest, most annoying little cusses I've ever seen - the girl with glasses on the swings I thought was a boy at first with that deep voice, and where were the bullet holes on Michael in 1978? Still, overall the second best sequel.

The passion of which she's talks about this movie, in any interview, is so exciting (for lack of a better word 'cause I'm literally overwhelmed lol) as a fan.
Even though she stopped making horror movies for many years, I totally understand why she did it. Once she established a career and avoided typecasting, it’s great that she wasn’t too proud to come back and give the genre another go. She is the best.

I absolutely love Jamie Lee Curtis, I always have. She is Screaming Queen Legend, she is brilliant. The Halloween Series is my all time favorite, handsome down. I absolutely cannot wait to see Halloween Kills, I have seen the Trailer for it though, so excited.
It wasn't as good as 2018 Halloween but it was still good, it did a really good job at showing how much Michael ascended into something more powerful than just a man and becoming pure evil in human form. It's gonna set up Halloween Ends to be an absolute beast of an ending between Laurie and Michael

What made the film so brutal was how they side lined The main lead For the entirety of the film had I knew the main focus was going to be the other main “legacy survivors “ I wouldn’t have gotten my hopes up to high. Granted the other films aren’t considered apart of this adaptation but it’s always been Laurie and Michael there battle and there twisted relationship that sold me on the franchise so it was kind of hard for me to care about random outsiders that were involved in the previous film. It felt pretty filler-ish and more so about just showing how gruesome Michael can actually be even years later.

Carpenter and Curtis have both stepped away countless times prior to the 2018 film. I am excited for Halloween Ends to see how everything finally wraps up.
