To answer your question, it is not possible to compare 20-30 files simultaneously in Microsoft Word. You would have to compare each file against a "Master" file individually.

Comparing 2 documents is not complicated, you don't even need a tutorial for this. The question is how do you compare 20 or 30 documents?
